The employees are awesome my doctor Ovalle is amazing. I recommend him to anyone. I have family that comes here.He's the best in El Paso. He cares about your health and well being. He explains everything. And he also visits in the hospital. The waiting time could improve.

I hope to have found my new primary doctor! Dr Alejandro Ovalle is a very thorough, patient, and knowledgeable Internal medicine specialist. He also has beautiful bedside manners. I feel confident that after all the labs are done, I should get to the bottom of what's been ailing me for awhile now. 🙏🙏🙏

My husband has been attending dr. Ovalle practice for some time, when I shared with him my frustration with my primary dr, he recommended Dr. Ovalle, very hesitant I accepted. It took 2 months to have my first appoinment with Dr. Ovalle, when the time of my appointment came, I couldn't go to the Dr's office because I had covid. I called the office to let them know and they offered a phone call appoinment. Dr. Ovalle called the same day and prescribed the necesary medications after being very through with me becaue I have some other health issues. He was kind enough to talk to my daughther, who is not his patient, and of course my husband because the whole family had covid. He told me that his office will call me to schedule another appoinment, but that never happened. When I called to see why they hadn't called, the lady I talked apologized and gave me the appoinment for the following week. So far my experience with Dr. Ovalle has been positive, he has great bedside manners and he is excellent in his diagnostics, once you are inside the examination rooms the medical assistants are very nice and attentive; but I do think that they need to pay more attention to the scheduling system and overall office management. Sometimes they'd tell you that there are no appoinments until 2 months after and the next day or couple hours later they would tell you that they can put you in for the next week. I believe that I can deal with that fault because to find a dr that has good bedside manners and that is through with your health is worth the hassle.

He's been our Dr. for a long time, he is always kind and professional. Encourages you to change bad habits and is always looking for your best health interest.

I can't believe that I waited four months for an appointment with dr. Ovalle, and just today one day before the appointment, the secretary calls me to tell me that dr. He cannot attend because he is not seeing new patients, I told the lady. why she waits four months to tell me, that he cannot attend me. terrible, without any ethics or professionalism, something had never happened to me. I never want to have anything to do with that doctor and those people in that office anymore. I hope that my experience can serve you. good afternoon

The doctor is wonderful but the ladies upfront are horrible and lazy..They never pick up or return phone calls.. When you are put on hold and you have been waiting 30 min and it's finally your turn I think they purposely hang up the call. It is very frustrating. They are very disorganized. It's sad because the doctor is passionate about his profession and very caring to his patients.

This doctor's office has the worst customer service. The ladies NEVER answer the pnones. I've been trying to call for three days to get a refill for my diabetes medicine, because they changed my pharmacy. When is finally my turn on the waiting list, then it says that they are not able to take my call. I've left messages and they never returned them.

Called in very quickly upon my arrival. Dr Ovalle was very thorough and, as always, very professional.
