Amazing clinic. Him and his NP’s have taken great care of me and my husband. No complaints. We’ve been seen by all of them. Always helpful, respectful and up to date with management guidelines. I see some people on here complain about waiting. I’ve never had to wait long since there are three practitioners, and even if you do have a wait, there’s probably someone more emergent in there than you. Best clinic I’ve gone too in a long time.

I went to Dr. Enriquez with my parents. My mom has asthma and he wrote a prescription for her medication which was running out. The doctor forgot to put the date on one of the prescriptions. Costco called and they never got back to them. My mom called the doctor’s office yesterday and they told her they would call it in, but didn’t . Then we just called again, we were put on hold and when they finally answered and I told the assistant that we are just waiting for a date to get verified with Costco, she said, “Oh they haven’t talked to you yet? Please hold.”So we waited and the next time they answered after the hold they just hung up on us as soon as we explained why we were waiting again. Now they won’t answer the phone. We paid for the doctor’s visit, but will now need to go to another doctor to get the medication she desperately needs. Very sad about the bad service. One little error by the doctor could have been resolved very easily.

Terrible care both from him and his nurse practitioner. Only after money. Wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I went.

Dr. Enriquez is probably one of the best family doctors in El Paso . He and his staff are outstanding doctors that know how to treat and take great care of their patients.

Would never recommend this FRAUD. Have not seen or talked to anyone from his office since February but he has billed Medicare and us every month since covid. Check your bill before you pay.

He listened to my concerns and treated me with patience and dignity. He’s been our family physician since my children were young. His RN NP Esperanza is excellent. Overall outstanding practice on the Westside ??

Appointments available which is good. Be prepared for longer wait time due to the walk-in traffic if no appointment made. Overall, been very pleased with the Doctor and his entire staff.
