This place is horrible I had to wait over an hour, keep in mind I came into this place 15 min early AND I STILL HAD TO WAIT FOR AN HOUR.To get my daughter a referral letter for her cardiologist. They kept on telling me we were next . Meanwhile everyone kept going before us this is ridiculous,I’m never coming back here oh and btw I drove from Las Cruces to this place . The receptionist are super rude .

I have had my children come here for years, but lately I’ve have been waiting an hour or more just to be seen and then they have you waiting in the hot sun to get clearance I’m assuming to just go in. For EVERYTHING they want to test you for COVID, it’s absurd ! The staff is completely rude in the front desk are completely rude and make mistakes when making appointments. I do not recommend this office. I will be changing after this last visit. It’s sad to see so many people complaining every time I go.

Had and appointmentat 2:45p.m. for physicalthey took long time to append us is 4:18p.m. and we are still here waiting

Dr. Casillas retired. Their service is not the same. Be prepared to wait long periods of time with little to no communication from staff. The staff testing for COVID was not wearing PPE except for one. Make sure they know you are here and sign up in the front.

I took my daughter as a walk-in because she had been running a fever and vomiting the night before. they turned me away because I needed to make an appointment. I understand because of Covid they take precautions but my daughter has been their patient since 1 month old they have her health history. I feel more comfortable with the practitioners. the only reason I am not giving them less stars is because of past experience but these new guidelines make me not want to return again! very disappointed.
