This is regarding Border Therapy Services on Mesa. The amazing staff, in particular Kayla, PT and Alex. After several different surgeries, I have had to go to physical therapy in San Antonio and now here in El Paso. This group is amazing. My doctor was very impressed at the recovery I made following my sessions with Kayla. The intake is very thorough and the follow-up plan is reviewed with you. It is tailored to you. There is constant supervision so that you do not hurt yourself. That is what you need after surgery. That you do the exercises correctly to get the most benefit. The location is convenient and the facility is kept very clean and organized. I feel so thankful to these therapists. If you live on the West side it is the best place to go for therapy.

When I discussed my hip and back pain issues with my doctor she highly recommended I go to BTS. She herself had gone due to some shoulder pain, now gone, due to the exercises she performed at BTS. I have only been 3 times so far so I cannot speak to a reduction of pain yet, but I am impressed by the professionalism of the therapists. It is obvious to me that each session is documented in order to keep any therapist that works with you aware of where you are in your progress, what modifications in your exercises need to be made and what your ultimate goals are.

My experience with Border Therapy Services has been totally positive. They have been willing to work with me on my schedule. The initial evaluation was very comfortable and Leslie was knowledgeable and kind in answering my questions. Carlos has helped me also with the exercises and I appreciate his instructions and explanations. I would recommend them to anyone needing Physical Therapy.
