BTS is a very structured and busy place. You walk in to a welcoming receptionist and your therapy begins. I find it very comfortable with high expectations. You are given quality services and spend an exceptional time working with the therapist.

I came here for treatments for vertigo and I had a great experience! Dr Brandon is very knowledgeable and the PTs are so patient and helpful. Overall a positive experience. I had 12 sessions and I feel 99.99% better.

There is nothing worse than being out of town and getting injured. While visiting my parents here in El Paso, I injured my back leaving me immobilized and in severe pain. Any other time I would have said this is the worse case scenario but as a result of my injury I was immediately referred to Border Therapy Services (12311 Montana Avenue). That’s where I met Physical Therapist Patrick Brandon. Patrick helped me recover in a week, going from being bed ridden with a lot of pain to being able to move and walk enough to board a plane and fly back home. The entire BTS staff was so extremely helpful, professional and genuinely interested in helping you heal. I can’t thank them enough for making every effort to accommodate someone from out of town and do everything in their power to help me travel cross county to get home! This is a true testament of their commitment to their patients!!! Thank you Patrick and thank you BTS.
