This is my second visit to this place and I've had more fun this time than my last visit. They make it fun to do the various workouts. I never thought that therapy could be such fun. If you're in pain this is the best place to be to get rid of it and have fun doing it.

Wonderful staff! Supportive and caring throughout the physical therapy process. They are very understanding and will push you to where you need to be to get you back to your lifestyle! Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

The lobby area is VERY hot and uncomfortable. The receptionist at the John Hayes Location Nancy is extremely rude and acts like it’s an inconvenience to verify my insurance. She shouted my personal information in front of other customers so there are hippa violations happening here as well. Since Nancy didn’t want to help because it’s “too much work” to verify my type of insurance, I will not return.

Amazing staff!!! I love going there because they make it fun and they take time to check on you personally. They push me to go past my limits, in which I invite, because I am ready to get back to normal and work. I am exceeding my own expectations!!!!
