Ms. Bianca has immensely helped me. When I 1st came to her she listened to all of my concerns. I never felt rushed. I feel understood. I have been through the ringer with medications. Starting a new medication can make me feel not very good. I called Ms. Bianca the days I didn't feel good, with a list of concerns. She replied every single time. If we didn't talk on the phone she would get back to me via the mssg app. Ms. Bianca has NEVER left me hanging. In fact she's been absolutely amazing! She understands human emotions and understands the medication one may need. Thank you Ms. Bianca and the Behavioral team!!

Paperwork' required a credit card but my grandpa has Medicaid and Medicare. They just want a card on file to charge you immediately if insurance doesn't pay. Would've been nice if I was informed of this instead of spending 2 hours filling up paperwork and then coming across this.

Very great experience carina gutierrez was amazing attending me as a new patient and hearing me out and provided me with my diagnosis and I especially appreciate how she heard me out in between question great experience from my last doctor !

She’s the absolutely best. Dr. Lopez is the first therapist i’ve ever been too and she knows how to listen and make me feel comfortable when talking to her.

I have been seeing Dr. Lopez for over a year now and I can say she has been an amazing Doctor. Her schedule is flexible and has made scheduling so easy. She is overall very professional but also so sweet during our sessions. She listens and makes sure you are being taken care of and has helped me find the right fit for my depression and anxiety. Her staff is so sweet as well! I would definitely recommend coming to Brighter Days Behavioral!:)

Bianca helped me through postpartum depression and truly made me feel she was listening. She really makes you feel comfortable in opening up and letting her help you. That’s why even after my PD I continued my care with her for my other diagnosis.
