Checked in on line and when I got there my wait wasn’t long at all. The staff was very nice and friendly, they tackled my concerns and I was out in know time. Will definitely be going back if I can’t get an appointment with my provider.

It was a long wait even after checking in the doctor didn’t seem to know what she was doing I asked for an X-ray cu I’ve been short of breath for a while she refused and said my lungs “sound” fine … $55 for what she said I had Bronchitis

I waited there for two hours because I hit my head and I had a concussion…they charged me a copay and when finally was my turn to go in, the doctor couldn’t see me because they don’t treat this kind of injuries…Train your front personal on what king of injuries you guys can tray that way they don’t keep patients waiting for hours there. I am expecting my copay refunded

Thank you! thank you! Thank you!!!! Originally I went to UCare Urgent Care clinics in Horizon off of Eastlake, I’m glad I walked out of that place it was not welcoming at all the vibe was way off!!! I then looked up other places, and even though I didn’t want to go far from where I live I’m glad I did. From the moment I walked into Med Post off of Zaragoza. I was welcomed by the two gals and a gentleman at the front desk whom were super helpful and kind and welcoming and explained everything to me in great detail. It won me over just with their kindness. The medical staff in the back Dr. Mackey, and his assistant were super super kind, knowledgeable and just got down to business. It was the most amazing experience someone could have when they are feeling half alive. I couldn’t thank them enough for their generosity, the knowledge and effectiveness on being quick to helping me feel better as soon as possible. I’m forever grateful I found MedPost and went and hope you all will use them for your urgent medical needs. The tier system they have also was amazing when paying out of pocket like myself. I recommend Med Post off Zaragoza to anyone!!!!
