Wish I would have gotten the guys name at the front he was very kind and quick with getting everyone including myself signed in. James was amazing as well as quick and kind getting my vitals and into a room. As soon as I sat down and the door closed the doctor popped in and seem me.. Being there for something he has seen multiple times was a plus because he already knew what to do. I was in and out the place was clean quiet and nice. Fingers crossed I don't need to go back but if I do that's the place to go!

I registered online at 1 PM, sent all my information and site indicated I was “checked in” and would be notified by text when it was my turn to come in. I called now and was told 6 people were ahead of me and I wouldn’t be seen today, that I should walk in tomorrow. Had I known this, I would have walked into some other urgent care. They never seem to care and I’ve never been able to be seen at this location.

This place is horrible and refuses to take accountability for their lack of professionalism and misdiagnosis. My family member went in with a positive at home test for Covid and they told her she was negative. After getting worse she took another test which came out positive and went to another medical facility and tested positive for Covid. My family member has an underlying condition and is highly at risk but this location refuses to take accountability for misdiagnosing her. They are taking this lightly and refuse to speak to us. I am not sure if they are using old Covid tests and refuse to purchase new ones but we will not be letting this go without escalating it up to the corporate level. We are waiting on a “call back” from “someone” after them telling us to submit a complaint online and referring us to incorrect points of contacts. DO NOT go here if you suspect that you may have Covid-19. You WILL be misdiagnosed.
