My partner and I had gotten off a plane and we’re not feeling great. We decided to try to get to upper valley urgent care on redd road and although the hours state open till 8 the receptionist told us that for “courtesy” of the doctors we need to arrive by 730p. We zoomed over to Ames Post on cimmaron who took us a few minutes before closing. Turns out it was covid and Paxlovid was required. Thank you MedPost for staying true to your hours! We’re officially done with Upper Valley Utgent Care on redd road.

Only 1 parent per child. Kind of a dumb policy so only me or my spouse can know what's going on at a time? I have never heard such a dumb policy before. For context I have been to other urgent cares in 7 different states of the US, I have never heard of such a policy.

It was better before it merged with this other company and changed its name. Turns out that the previous company didn't bill my 2 insurances correctly and I have a balance. They denied the service for that reason and now that they changed, they don't take one of my insurances. I'm hoping I don't get charges for just checking in without seeing doctor

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. They do not know who they are sending your card information to. I was charged 150$ months after my initial visit after calling med post to ask about the charge they advised me that they outsource for their billing and provided me a number. Once I called that number I was told they no longer handle billing for medpost and passed me on to a completely different billing service where I was told once again that they no longer handle billing for med post and once again I was provided with a completely different number to which I called and received the same answer stating they no longer deal with medpost and providing me with an additional number to call. After going through 3 separate billing departments I attempted to contact the 4th one where I received no answer I attempted multiple times to reach them and they never answered the phone. Please do not give any information to this facility as they have no idea where they’re even sending your card information and will fraudulently charge you. I am extremely upset at the fact that even though they’ve changed billing departments on 4 separate occasions they still provide you with the number to the very first department they have absolutely no idea who they’re sending your card information to please be cautious

2 lady personnel were nice and professional. Lady in front recognize that I might be ready to provide a urine sample. I appreciated that

This place is horrible. I called and asked about checking in online and said it be about 15 min from rec a text. I waiting longer than walk-in people. Then the doctor Garcia would not even prescribe Tylenol. It was late and I am sure they wanted to go home but I arrived at 6pm. They saw me for a total of 10 min gave me a note for work and said to go back in 2 days. Really?? Last year there was a doctor Paul or something like that he was thorough. If you feel really sick, don’t go here.

Excellent service! Highly recommend! I was a walk-in for a physical. The receptionist was pleasant and check-in was quick. I completed registration online and waited 15-20 mins to be seen. Physician was pleasant and I was on my way in 20mins. Thank you for great service!
