My appointment was for 0900. I had taken the time to do their online registration, so they had all of my information already. I did not get called to actually see a doctor until more than an hour later. That is just wrong. If I had the courtesy to be on time and prepared, then somebody should have been ready to see me. After being called, I was first sent to get xrays, then taken to an exam room, where I waited more. Then, a nurse (I presume; I didn't get her name) took more information, and was very efficient. But, then, I had to wait at least another 30 minutes for the doctor, who was very nice, very efficient, and on point. I did not leave until going on noon. IMHO, the whole thing should not have taken more than an hour.

Dr. Ledford is very knowledgeable and ready to discuss whatever concerns you might have. Her bedside manner is awesome 👍! Takes the time to listen; where you can tell she really cares. As a retired nurse, I've been around all kinds of Dr's. Know the real deal vs fake!!!

Dr. Cheryl Ledford and her staff, namely Joe, her Registered Nurse were just phenomenal. They interacted with me on their professional level of expertise. I was so nervous that I was going to need surgery, but not yet and they both reassured me. Especially Dr. Ledford. She discussed with me tertiary care for my carpal tunnel syndrome and a hideous looking ganglion cyst. I had a great visit and would encourage those that need a surgeon to go with Dr. Ledford.
