Always a pleasant experience with Dr. Benitez and staff. I prefer the new clinic’s location on Rich Beem as it is more accessible, easier to find parking, and more spacious. Dr. Benítez is very attentive and has helped tremendously with an issue that no other doctor could help me with. I would definitely recommend this clinic, and Dr. Benitez and his colleagues to others.

Dr Benitez has been my family’s primary physician for over 5 years now. He is a great listener and extremely patient and knowledgeable. Staff is professional and his office is nice, clean, and welcoming.

Excellent doctor! I have been going to this doctor for years. I have taken my mother, step-father & sister. He is a great doctor. He cares about his patients. Now his receptionists need work.

Scheduled my annual at 2:00 pm. My old doctor left the Providence network, so I was going to be a new patient so I arrived at 1:45 to fill out paper work. By 2:06 I had already received my email to register for online portal. A few minutes later I was taken for vitals. Anyways almost 2 hours after I arrived, still had not been seen by the doctor. Had to pick up my kids… couldn’t wait any longer. I could understand 45 minute wait after your scheduled appointment but over 1:30 minute later and I got there early? On the look for a new doctor.

Very poor communication, you cannot get through the phone lines, they will not call you back after you leave a message. They will not submit your medication that you need, I never got mine. Dr. Benitez will rush you out of the office to see the next body waiting. Don't waste your time.
