Appointment at 9:30. Got there at 9:00 to fill out paperwork. waited until 11:00 to be called into the back. Left office at 11:15 just to be told to go get MRI. Which the staff knew I didn't have anything current in the last 12 months. So they just could have told me over the phone to get MRIs and x-rays and I wouldn't have wasted 3 hours of my morning. Only going here because ba sent me.
