Emily was super friendly and just made me feel so comfortable. The front desk was also very polite and welcoming. Dr. K didn’t seem very friendly just kind of bland when talking to him. Not very emotional. But he did what he needed to. I’ll def come back because the front desk and Emily, and the place was really clean. Edit: still have to wear a mask that’s ridiculous. Had to wait more than 1 hour to be seen.

Amazing customer service by the staff, both in-person and over the phone. Each individual was was polite and friendly. They are also flexible with scheduling appointments. There is very little wait time. My yearly appointment and follow-up for an eye issue went smoothly. The Dr explained things well to me. Overall, I am glad I made the switch to this office.

Dr. Khauv treated my cataracts perfectly. My vision is dramatically improved after the surgery. And all of his staff are very professional and friendly, thank you so much.

During the first year of Covid I saw that they were serious about Covid.They checked your temperature before even entering the holding area. Washed our hands before we entered the consultation area. The staff clean all the equipments and machines every each use.They even wear surgical mask plus N95. My husband and I both are seeing Dr. Khauv.The first few months of the covid we were cancelling our appointments and we ended just talking to our Primary Physician. Even with Dr Khauv my husband called the office thrice to cancel his appointment.I kept on going to my appointments because Dr. Khauv was trying to control my glaucoma not to get worst. May of this year he finally went. I told him to come and see what the office was doing for their patients safety. Everytime he called to cancel the staff were always accomodating and very patient with him. Dr.Khauv and the staff went above and beyond protocol to fight Covid and keep their patients safe. I've been going to Dr. Khauv for over 2 years. He explains in details so you understand. The staff welcomes you and very friendly. During the covid19 pandemic, the office did everything to make you feel safe. The office is clean and organized. I highly recommend this office.

Surgery went better than expected. Staff was friendly and seemed to care a great deal. Back to 20-20 vision, Amazing! I highly recommend, if you cant see well these are the people to see... Super Dave

Staff was wonderful! Doctor on the other hand cares more about the dollar than patient care! Dr. Khauv refused to write a letter for my work injury claim to be approved. I payed my copay every visit and insurance paid 100%. Who got the better deal here??
