Dr. Flores is one of the most compassionate providers I know. He listens to you with the utmost respect, no judgement and lots of empathy. He takes the time to understand the patient perspective, he reflects it back and provides caring feedback. He is very respectful and he doesn't rush his patients. It's not easy to find a doctor like Dr Flores. I think he's one of the best in the profession.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Flores. He’s one of the few psychiatrists who genuinely cares about his patients and takes the time to really listen. You never feel rushed during appointments—he’s attentive, compassionate, and truly dedicated to helping you find what works best for your mental health. It’s clear he genuinely enjoys what he does, and that passion shows in how he treats his patients. I always leave feeling heard, understood, and supported. I highly recommend Dr. Roberto Flores to anyone looking for a psychiatrist who truly makes a difference. (Fluent in both English and Spanish) You can discuss your situation in any language. Which is amazing cause I am very good at Spanglish which he undertsnads :)

Dr. Flores is the best psychiatrist in El Paso!! He's a great listener and creates a safe space to discuss your challenges without judgment.
