Very thorough examination A doctor whom cares about his patients and listens to their needs

the doctor billed me again for a copay when it was an annual check up that my insurance fully covers which I mentioned when I made the appointment. For the annual check up he forgot to tell the lab the vitamin count test. So if I want to get that result I have to get my blood drawn again. Going to this place has caused me to do more work to figure out if they are billing correctly and even for the lab testing center they didn't have references.

He is a very thorough Doctor who takes his time with patients. I do think that the office needs to be more organized.

I called on Tuesday around 10AM, and the automated message said to call back during regular business hours, 8-5 M-F. WHAT?! I called a different number that my insurance portal provided. The operator tested the number, and sure enough, she confirmed my issue. She called a separate number that she didn't share with me and said they would call me back. Eventually I talk to someone in the front-office. I explain my situation: I have 16 pills left, can I get a prescription? You must see the doctor to do that. OK, set up a visit. After taking my details, and insurance information, which took a solid 15 minutes, she finally comes back with "He can see you July 12." I re-explained why I called, that I needed a prescription in 16 days or less. She said she would see what she could do and call me back. It's three days later, and she still hasn't called back. I bet she never does.

I really like Dr. Rosales! He is very attentive and concerned about my condition, and my waiting time on office visits is minimal.

Dr. Rosales is thorough with his questions, friendly in his demeanor, and does not run a "turnstile" operation, making patients feel he is concerned about each one, and accurate in his diagnosis. The BEST!
