El Paso Behavioral Health System's Online Review Report Card

I have tried to contact with inpatient for over an hour, the phone just rings and nobody answers. Try again after hanging out,on hold for 45 minutes phone just rings again nobody answers. This is my third attempt phone just rings for over 25 minutes same story. How can I communicate with my love one? Awful and so very disrespectful.

Went here when I was 14 and 16 like 16 years ago . Dr gaytan prescribed me risperdone then didn’t work and then seroquel for depression with psychosis . I did see yelling at the kids side not teenagers side and saw a recent review that they hit kids so wouldn’t be surprised if they do.

Seriously these people deserve a 5 star. They have many patients, so if they don't answer it is because they are busy. I have been there to witness that. The day staff are very professional. Sam took the time to explain... (He earned my respects)! Tricia, Carolina, Oscar, Annett, Julia and Norma to name a few, are all excellent!! I was given hope for my brother to get better, because they took the time to give him the care he needed. They really do care for the patients. My hats off to all of them!!!!!!!!!!

Unas de las mejores enfermera Ms.Aurora y Gey Los del primer turbo de lunes a miercoles. Buenas group de therapist t yoga, piscina, bien limpio y bien olor. Solo Deberian reforzar con el staff las policies MAs de conflicto de interes, and Trauma Informed care, de ser MAs empaticos.PERO AURORA ES EXCELENTE ENFERMERA MUY EMPATICA, ademas nos ayudaba a olvidar un rato y nos hacia reir mucho, amable pero a la mimas vez con su etica profecional mostrando respeto y limites. Ms.Lluvia wow exelente therapists.

Ron Jackson and Kevin Sandoval are AMAZING 👏 🤩 they walk the walk and talk the talk, helping us Veterans. The staff is also AMAZING 👏. The MHT , nurses therapist and all staff including kitchen and housekeeping staff make you feel welcome. Kudos to Sergio "el guapo" Selinas, Denise Charissa Marilyn are just a few that I remember the names. Thank you for being kind.

People friendly and feel welcome and meet new people that can relate.

Staff there are very patient with my loved ones, they say food is great and love the activities as well as the therapy, I would recommend 100%

EP behavioral health is great place. Especially Lazarus Frasier. Mr.Frasier has been an incredible mentor. He’s supportive, honest, and truly cares about helping others grow. Talking with him always gives me clarity and direction. I’m really grateful for his guidance

It was nice, GYM carpet was god awful, horrible rooms and very dirty. Food wasn't bad and staff were nice to me, but the real kicker is when I left, all the hard work I did in there went crashing down, my depression got worse when I got home. Scale of 1-10 for me in there: 7. Scale of 1-10 for me when I left: 2

Terrible evil place. I was placed here after a suicide attempt at 14 and was mistreated by many staff members inpatient and outpatient and left more traumatized than before. I'm trans and was purposefully deadnamed by two techs (crystal and Austin) after dropping me off to my home, they argued with me and another patient over the reason that we were there saying that it had nothing to do with how we were treated by the world for our gender identities. As the angry 14 year old I was I cursed at them which these two grown adults proceeded to roll down the window of the van and purposefully call me my birthname to upset me. no matter how angry a child gets, I should not have been treated this way by staff. some inpatient staff even made discusting remarks about my CHILD body and chest. There was also roaches and bed bugs here and the whole place needs a serious check by the health department. If you love your family and child NEVER take them here.
