Worst customer service! I called and they kept giving me the runaround! I was informed to contact the las cruces hospital and the female told me that the Dr. was available until Feb of 2026. She should have told me that from the start instead of giving me the runaround. She made me waste my time.

To start - I’ve never done any microneedling or facials in my life and was nervous to get started on my skincare journey. Had Pixel8 RF done on August 20th and my results are already looking incredible! If you’re thinking about investing in your skin and doing any procedure locally, PLEASE go here!! Lexi was THE BEST in explaining the entire process/procedure. She was very knowledgeable and genuine the entire time. All staff were super sweet and accommodating. 100% will be a repeat client at the West location! Thank you ladies!
