I like to come here to get help for my depression and suicidal thoughts and some other problems that I have and the PNA’s did a really great job for keeping me safe for my stay there really nice and I haven’t had time to leave a good review for them this is the only place that I trust of me coming here for my mental health issues for now on if I need help and my name is Michael McCoin and I like to say thank you to all staff they do a good job
Never ever going back
This place is very corrupt. I went there and thought I was going to get compassionate care but I got none of that. Doctor K basically rushed me out the door on my last admission. I was only there for a week. They knew I was still manic and hallucinating and still they let me go. I hate doctor Christopher muncha and I have a valid reason. When I got admitted I signed consent for like 5 vital mental health medicines. When I got to the unit after signing all the paperwork I was told I would only be on 1 medication trazadone and it didn't even work. The doctors put in an order for no emergency medicine over the weekend and I seriously needed something to help me with the hallucinating and anxiety that comes with it. They only do emergency detention orders just make themselves look good even though they can revoked it at a moments notice.
Outstanding customer services for every mental condition
Well all I can say is that my adult child suffers from Schizophrenia and goes into psychosis often however we recently used this hospital. The psychiatrist here wants to help and has done better than most facilities. It's about getting the meds stabilized in a person. However, often people don't understand that it's a the illness that makes things complicated in a person's phsiologogy make up of what meds are compatible. In saying this a good Psychiatrist will look through the patient history and allergic reactions to meds and will make the best appropriate decision in helping the patient to be comfortable and safe without any addictions to certain kinds of meds in a bad way however, only what is needed. From my understanding I know I have had the doctor there help my adult child to recover as best as they can. When the meds are unbalanced for whatever reason we take him here to get them balanced. There are legal regulations in every hospital and a patient's right are we work with this information so do they. So the patient gets the right treatment in meds. I know the level of care they can do and understanding mental illness very well. However everyone mental health is different. I believe in the psychiatrist here to make educated trained decisions. I always pray 🙏 they continue to make the best recommendations for each patient.
Very good experience with the staff and professional.
The admissions crew (Andrew, Jordan, Priscilla) are amazing. They displayed exemplary care in their work and treatment of patients. they are a shining example that there are still good people in this world.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
