I wanted to give YADIRA a shout out! Whenever someone helps out through the phone, it can be a very good experience or not a so pleasant one. So Ms. Yadira deserves a shout out! She was very professional, friendly and made the process of re-scheduling my appointment stress free! She even advised me of certain things about my appointment process, as it is time sensitive with my current treatment, with information that I did not know. Thank you Yadira for going above and beyond! I appreciate people like you!

Scheduling the first visit was easy. Doctor was great. I have been trying for over a week to get ahold of someone about a prescription issue and no one returns calls or texts.
