Southwest Plastic Surgery is the best place for all your cosmetic and med spa needs. The front desk reception are friendly and very welcoming. Being with the girls in med spa feels like family. They know how to make a woman feel beautiful. La recepecionista fue muy linda al contestar mis preguntas iniciales, depues la asistente medico que me atendió primero creo que se llama Arlene, super amable con la primera impresión antes de tener mi consulta virtual con el Doctor.También fui al MEDSPA con Ysette y su trabajo en tratamiento de botox y demás fue impresionante el cambio en mi cara y el trtatamiento para la psoriasis y eczema se me quitó al instante.Agradezco mucho a todo el equipo que han sido muy muy amables y super profesionales en el cuidado de sus pacientes y su belleza.#StayBeautifulRECOMENDADISIMO AMPLIAMENTE!!!!! ♥♥♥♥

This place is a waste of time and money. I paid for a fast track consultation that was to be done in three weeks. It's been almost 3 months. I have called multiple times with a promise for my results, a call back, yet nothing. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't even consider it. Why if you haven't been able to provide me any info at all? This is a horrible experience and thank you for ripping me off. At this point even if you send the results I won't do business with a company that can have such poor service. You forget about me for months with this, so how could I trust you to do any kind of procedure? If you can be this careless now how could I expect you to do a good job with a procedure that costs a lot of money and is such a big decision for some people? Mistakes happen but this is really unacceptable.

Amazing experience from the beginning! Front office is super helpful. MAs and NPs explain every detail! Dr. Agullo was extremely detailed in the consult and is very experienced in his work. I loved the result of my surgery! I highly recommend Dr. Agullo. You are in great hands!

There staff is so unprofessional ! There so worried about birthday parties in the office and chatting it up about what there going to do this weekend then actually taking care of Their patients! And then they make you feel so uncomfortable like your an inconvenience!!! Thank goodness I wasn’t coming from out of town that would have been even more money and time wasted … god forbid I have surgery and there be complications!! !!! You would be on your own!

I got rhinoplasty done with Dr. Agullo. He left my nose crooked, he shaved too much bone resulting in a indentation, and he did not fix my droopy nasal tip. I've gone to other surgeons and they said he did a good job on the upper part of my nose but not the bottom half of my nose. I've been getting fillers to improve the appearance, however, I am looking into a revision rhinoplasty elsewhere. Don't waste your 10k here ladies.

Absolutely love the doctor makes you feel at ease before the procedure and of course gives you the best results . Love my new nose! Staff answers all questions and checks up on you even on the weekend after the procedure. Would highly recommend Dr. Agullo.
