I would give this facility a zero if I could. My husband was brought in by rescue since I could not get my semi close enough. In the beginning they ordered test ultrasound ct scan he came in with abdominal pain. Next thing we know admitting nurse comes in says he is being admitted and that I had to pay 1500.00 to be admitted. Never in my life in any facility have I experienced that. Once I paid then he was admitted. We had no diagnosis or even spoke to the doctor to know why he was admitted. After getting upset the nurse found a Dr. to tell us what was the diagnosis was. The whole time was down hill. I would not send my worst enemy to that hospital. The only plus was a Nurse named Michael. That tried to get answers for us.I was appalled that they only feed their patients 2 meals a day. However why bother they don’t pay attention to what you choose and it took them till 800 PM to get him a tray. The doctors do not communicate and coordinate anything. Finally he was released still with gallbladder and gallstones and we are having a bad time getting records sent to our family doctor so he can coordinate with gi and surgeon so not to have to repeat all the same test over. I could go on about so much more I think I have made my point clearly.
Came here with a missing leg doctor said they cant reattach it so I left with a missing leg. Expensive hotel 5 stars.
Had my baby at Las Palmas and it was literally the best experience ever The nurses were super polite and informative. The breast feeding instructor was amazing she took her time was patient with me and even gave my baby a little gift. Keep up the good work Las Palmas
If I could give this place a zero stars I would. My mother was admitted to the hospital for sciatic nerve pain and dehydration on 103021. Was given medications to control pain however when it came to the doctors diagnosing my mother it all went downhill. The ER staff was good however didn’t really take the time to find to give a clear answer other than she had to stay the night. Once admitted she met Dr. Pande said her kidneys were good. Dr Pande wasn’t too attentive with my mother and she felt she was given the runaround. Drs insisted my mom getting her blood sugar checked and everyone including the nurses insisting she has diabetes. When she’s NEVER been diabetic and they prescribed her medicine for diabetics. No one really paid attention to her or me when we kept asking what was wrong with her kidneys or why they thought she had diabetes. We never got clear answers. Some nurses were great others not and were indifferent . We used to like coming to this hospital however I feel the service has declined significantly and will never return in the future.
I had very good experience and great polite service. Dr. Irene Gonzales was extremely professional and the rest of the staff however only one down side and just a suggestion I went to the emergency for severe migraine but a sweet rookie or assistant had trouble putting my Iv I feel that in emergency this young lady shouldnt be trained in EMERGENCY I was in pain for her lack of experience she was very sweet but not the right floor to get experience.
I was admitted to room 511 with a throatcondition and I had the most wonderful care by the staff. To each of them Im very grateful..
Very great assistance from nurses and staff at Labor and delivery esp nurse Jessica Nayeli and Jasmine very thorough and awesome help in every step of my labor .
I thought it was going to be an amazing experience being that the hospital is dearly new and renovated. Nurses are rude. Definitely not coming back
Your ER made my grandma so much WORSE. Didnt treat her as promised and then tried to send her home when she was NOT stable. Her blood pressure was HIGHER than when she arrived and her burns hadnt been treated. DR. Krivitsky is a liar and a monster for abusing elderly woman and taking advantage thinking no one will catch on or has their back. Charge nurse Oscar Lascano y just as bad. Well elderly people deserve care and respect. And they have loved ones. They only began offering some care after I got involved and spoke of legal action. When it was just mom and grandma both elder individuals they were treated like animals
This is the WORST hospital experience my family has ever encountered. My father has been in and out of hospitals for years and this was seriously the worst bed side manner doctor nurse and staff we have ever seen. My father is in hospice after being told over and over and shown the legal paperwork that he has a DNR and has end of life decisions that DO NOT include medical care they judged us and looked down on us for refusing care for my dad. They only care about their ego regardless of LEGAL and personal end of life decisions. People walk around the ER without masks despite having someone check you in before going in. This woman was too busy FaceTiming while on the job rather than doing a COVID screen to keep the hospital safe. Having a father in hospice is bad enough and having a doctor and nurse JUDGING you is the worst possible thing to do to a family that is hurting.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
