My son was seen by Dr Vu for a collar bone broken in two places. The Dr told him he would not help him. He was seen for less than 5 minutes.Offered no recommendations or pain meds but willingly took his money. My son doesn't have any insurance. Please don't recommend this Doctor. His money.
The BEST Ortho I have ever dealt with. Outstanding bedside manner, and post-op care. His staff is not only friendly, they are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt. Their patients, and great customer service are definitely their first concern!
He superior service!
Great orthopedic Doctor. He is not quick to recommend surgery if it is not necessary like some doctors who are so anxious to perform surgery. He takes his time and always answers any questions I may have. I would recommend him to anyone needing an orthopedic doctor/ surgeon. He is great!!

He was such a caring and nice man. Made my daughter feel very comfortable. Highly recommend him
I went to see Dr. Vu because of severe arthritic hand pain, especially my right thumb joint which moves in and out of socket. Dr. Vu didn't offer anything helpful, told me he would not do surgery on my thumb. I asked for a brace, what they gave me is like a hard cast that goes almost to my elbow, impractical for daily wear. I asked for a medication to relieve the pain and was told No. I asked if he would order blood tests to find out why I have such severe arthritis, and was told No. Basically a waste of time and money going to this doctor, I have an appointment at Bone & Joint clinic and won't be going back to Presbyterian. Not impressed with Dr. Vu. Also it is difficult to understand him, his primary language is not English.
He is the worst physician I have ever dealt with. I went to him for a SLAP tear. He asked where my pain was and never examined me past that. Said he could tell just from that that I didn't have a shoulder injury. He refused to even look at my MRI because Dr's tend to rely on imaging too much. I went through his ridiculous excuse for care for 4 months. Now after seeing 2 more orthos, the SLAP tear has been confirmed, and I will soon be having the surgery I have always needed. Terrible.
Worst doctor I've met!! I went to see him for my knee and he was talking to me like I didn't know what he was talking about! I've had previous visits with different doctors with the same situation. Very RUDE!! My mother went in to see him a couple times and he said he was going to do a knee replacement, then on her next visit he tells her to not come back and he can't help her! He's lucky I wasn't there when he said that to her!!!!! FYI!!!!! He's very unprofessional!!!! Stay away!!!!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
