Horrible. Absolutely hate it there very unprofessional and rude. I went to get an ultrasound to see how my birth control was doing waited there three hours until finally I couldn't take it anymore and I left the next day they wanted me to reschedule my appointment when I had already paid for my visit the day prior. Also, Dr Hale is very pushy and thinks that whatever is wrong with you has to do with your weight. Would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
your opinion dont matter. They like to make fun criticize people and are unprofessional. When I went to this place I felt judged in a bad way I didnt feel comfortable.
Personally i’ve never seenDr Julie, but Dr Hale has been nothing short of amazin, i’m sure Julie is too. Anyway I recommend this place whenever someone is looking for a new OB/GYN. Even when changing insurances, i made sure to get one accepted by Dr Hale because the treatment i get here is immaculate.
Julie is amazing and does a wonderful job, communicative and extremely personable, she gets 5 stars. However, Dr. Hale is a different story. I asked Julie to find out if there was anything to reverse the Botox I had received at the end of December, because I have an autoimmune disorder and my body was rejecting it and I had been having symptoms shortly after. I didn't blame them, as I mentioned Julie is great, it was my decision to get the Botox I just simply wanted to know if there was a solution. Julie called me in to see Dr. Hale and I explained the effects I was having and she was combative, rude, and unhelpful. I only went thinking there was a solution to my problem and not for a lecture or to act as if I didn't have the symptoms (I have bloodwork to confirm an allergic reaction).
Weight stigma is something this physician needs to learn about. i took my 14 yo daughter to her with symptoms of PCOS and all she could focus on was her weight. Bad service
The worst experience that I've ever had at the gyno. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Even planned parenthood was better than this. The assistant or nurse who helped me initially was fine. But Dr. Hale was condescending, pushy, judgmental, and a bully. She offered unsolicited advice on unrelated matters - like my Invisalign ?? Was told my teeth were more likely to fall out because I have Invisalign. Didn't know she doubled as an orthodontist. When I wouldn't submit to certain blood draws and other things I didn't ask for, she got snappy and rude and told me I was "too old to be afraid of needles." I'm not even not afraid of needles *eyeroll* but my appointment wasn't for that. You couldn't pay me to go back to this place.
If I could give her 0 rating I would. She was my ob during my first pregnancy which terminated June 20th, 2018. My pregnancy was going perfectly, nothing wrong, until daughter was born sleeping at 27 weeks gestational period due to a placental abruption. I don’t blame dr Hale for what happened but I do blame her for not caring for me as a patient. I had told her 4 weeks prior to my daughter’s passing that I didn’t feel my baby move she simply said “don’t worry we’re not doing count kicks till 29 weeks.” This was at 23 weeks 4 days gestational period, my daughter passed away at 25 weeks. If she would’ve just checked me, listened to my concerns and not just disregard them maybe my daughter would be here. When my daughter passed away the student nurse (because she always has students check your vitals and measure your belly and hear baby’s heartbeat) measured my belly wrong she measured me at “27” and the only way I knew was because since they got scared cause there was no heartbeat an actual nurse measured me and I measured “22.” I don’t know how many times her staff messed up with me. Also Dr Hale seems to always just be concerned about your weight. When I was in the hospital for labor after we had found out my baby passed we were all in shock so my mother in law asked her why everything had happened and she simply said “she was at risk because of her weight” I weighed 192 lbs at 7 months pregnant and she looked at me and said “remember I kept telling you about your weight.” Like if I didn’t feel heartbroken already, she made me feel like it was my fault. To top it off she also messed up on my daughter death certificate so it took more than a month to get her ashes back when it should’ve only took 15 days. Even at the funeral home they said what doctor doesn’t know how to fill out death certificate. When I confronted her about it she simply said “oh well I never have to fill out death certificates” which is weird because when I was giving birth to my baby next door me was another women giving birth to her sleeping baby also at 7 months FROM THE SAME DOCTOR! Coincidence? I would NOT RECOMMEND Dr Hale! Stay away from here!
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. Im still traumatized from the last time I went here in 2017, Dr. Hale was dismissive, hurtful, and insensitive to my feelings and concerns about my body. I know better now that I've seen ETHICAL gynecologists that what she did to me was SO OUT OF LINE. I was so young and she treated me SO poorly and unprofessionally. She almost forced me to do a PAP smear, which I wasn't prepared for or told that I should expect it and it was my first time. Oh and guess what?! I was CHARGED for the PAP that she DIDNT even perform because I forced her to stop since she was giving me a panic attack!!!! She still charged me!!!! I was A TEENAGER! I shouldn't have even gotten a PAP! I wish I could do something about my experience there but I didn't know any better. I left this facility in SHAMBLES y'all, I literally almost got in a car accident because I was driving while crying from how horrible my experience was in her office. I felt humiliated, unseen, unheard, etc... even the nurse was sorry for me. I'll never ever ever forget this experience. I truly believe this is a horrible practice ran by an insensitive yt woman with NO bedside manner and no empathy. These reviews misled me in the first place, they were so high and I trusted them thinking this practice would be a good place for my first visit to a gynecologist. I'm not kidding when I say I'm still working this experience in therapy, it was SO traumatizing AND added to my medical anxiety. F this place!!!!!
Julie is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I wish the lady at the front desk had a better customer service skills. She's the first person to be seen when patients go into the clinic; therefore, first impression matter!
Absolutely love Julie!! I see her for Botox, hydra facials, Potenza, and most likely much more in the near future. She makes you feel very calm and comfortable before, during, and after any procedure she does. It's like she's the sister I've never had. I can go in and talk to her and before you know it the procedure is done with. I definitely would recommend her to anyone who enjoys pampering themselves with aesthetics like Botox and more.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
