Jacob S. Heydemann's Online Review Report Card

I am very grateful to Dr. Heydemann, he helped me walk again. I had seen another doctor who said there was nothing wrong with my knee even though I had pain and swelling. I was in so much pain I couldn’t walk or drive . I had to go through a process before my insurance would cover my knee replacement, but it was worth the wait. Dr. Heydemann also performed emergency surgery on my son when he shattered his arm and elbow. My only advise is to have your questions written down so when you see him he can address them. I understand he is very busy and he doesn’t take enough time for himself. If you want your surgery to be done right than he’s the doctor. El Paso is short on specialist so if you go with one who is readily available I would be careful.

Terrible service with the front desk staff, my appointment was at 12 came early at 1140, and 3 hours later they see my kid , no point of making appointments ,

Dr. Heydemann is great very polite but the staff in the front desk are very unprofessional and rude. My daughter was referred to this office by the hospital because she broke her wrist. First time she was seen they took over 6 hrs to call her to the back and we were not given any paperwork to fill out. Second visit the waiting time was not that bad. But today the lady in the front desk was being rude ranting about needing a referral form and her paperwork not being filled out when in the first place was their fault.

Dr. Jacob Heydemann is a great orthopedic surgeon, professional, organized and he provides a good medical services. He is an excellent surgeon at the knee replacement! His staff is friendly and helpful.Thanks Dr Jacob and his staff.

He literally walks in and out of rooms. Could care less.

Well trained and great results. My husband is a veteran and thanks to Dr Heydemann he no longer has pain. This is a dedicated doctor that has a passion for his profession.

Jacob Heydemann debería de retirarse y dejar de estar realizado operaciones está haciendo puras cochinadas lamentablemente confié en él pero ahorita estoy tan molesta y enojada y mucha impotencia que fue lo que hizo daño más la salud de mi hija , Las operaciones que le realizó están mal echas ahora de nuevo van a operar de nuevo a mi hija arreglar lo que supuestamente el opero. No soy la primera persona que le pasa esto, solo pido justicia

Wow. I understand that Dr.heydemann is one of the few specialist in his field in El Paso but it is rediculous that we waited 4 hours for a 5 minute conversation and that he does not value his patients time. This makes me wonder if he is prolonging the office visits to bill a higher charge.

Dr. Heydemann was very respectful toward me and my child, who was seen for a fractured leg. He listened to my questions and concerns. I definitely recommend this doctor for orthopedics.
