Dr. Arenas is a breath of fresh air from the previous urologist. Very professional, detailed, and excellent bedside manor. He took the time to speak with us both before and after my Dad's procedure. His nurse practitioner was/is fantastic and very caring as well.

Would NOT EVER recommend this doctor!! My Father has been a patient of Dr. Arenas for many many years!! It is ALWAYS ridicolusly impossible to ever get a hold of this doctor. His STAFF Never answers the phone plus, it takes approximately 30 minutes to leave a message. My father was taken to emergency for an extreme infection due to the catheter the doctor placed on him. The emergency doctor said it needed to be removed immediately and his urologist was the ONLY one whom can remove it. I called on Sat and left a message....Again, I called and left 6 messages on Monday, mind you, it took 1 full day trying to get through ONLY to leave a message. It is NOW Tuesday and they have not had the COMMON COURTESY to contact me. It is OBVIOUS that they have NO SENSE OF URGENCY FOR THEIR PATIENTS and they DON'T CARE!! If anything happens to my Dad I will hold these People RESPONSIBLE and Contact an Attorney!! I will be searching for another Urologist!!
