Pésimo servicio, del doctor Manuel, me tuvo 2 horas esperando y nunca llegó el doctor. Al menos hubiera avisado que no podría llegar, pero no, me tuvieron ahí diciéndome que ya iba a llegar y nada.

Me dio confianza explicando a detalle mi problema, llegué ahí con mucha preocupación por un quiste en un seno, pensando que necesitaría cirugía y salí con mucha tranquilidad al saber que no es necesario y no hay de qué preocuparse, lo recomiendo totalmente.

Very professional! Dr. Acosta is a great surgeon. He had performed 3 surgeries for my family ( my husband and myself) and some friends always with excellent outcomes. He is very patient and offers his patients plenty of time to explain all the details prior to the procedure and answers all the questions and concerns after surgery. If you need a surgery, he is the best to perform it!

Nancy the office manager has zero customer service. No sense of urgency to help a patient out. She was rude and yelled at me like I was crazy for telling her I needed a refund for a mistake their office made a day after the surgery. Zero compassion. You telling me that you are going to hang up only makes me angrier. The new surgery place had no clue who I was, Chris actually took the time to find out what happen. He then realize that Dr. Acosta office made a mistake. Dr. Acosta office had me register at a different location and some how that’s my fault??? Now I get charged a cancelling fee??? Ridiculous! Dr. Acosta is great but his staff especially Nancy needs to work better with patients.

Llegué al Dr. Acosta, estaba muy atento. Explicó todos los detalles de mi cirugia en que consistava y procedimiento quirúrgico. Fue muy profesional al responder todas mis preguntas con preocupación y me refirió a todo lo que necesitaba antes de mi cirugía. Y las recepsionista muy attenta y profecional asi como la enfermera en turno. 😉
