Pésimo servicio, del doctor Manuel, me tuvo 2 horas esperando y nunca llegó el doctor. Al menos hubiera avisado que no podría llegar, pero no, me tuvieron ahí diciéndome que ya iba a llegar y nada.

I recommend Dr.Acosta and staff. They have been the best with every detail and care to my new life style. From my nutritionist to my well being they are very caring and supportive.

Me dio confianza explicando a detalle mi problema, llegué ahí con mucha preocupación por un quiste en un seno, pensando que necesitaría cirugía y salí con mucha tranquilidad al saber que no es necesario y no hay de qué preocuparse, lo recomiendo totalmente.

Excellent surgeon and professional staff.

Very professional! Dr. Acosta is a great surgeon. He had performed 3 surgeries for my family ( my husband and myself) and some friends always with excellent outcomes. He is very patient and offers his patients plenty of time to explain all the details prior to the procedure and answers all the questions and concerns after surgery. If you need a surgery, he is the best to perform it!

Nancy the office manager has zero customer service. No sense of urgency to help a patient out. She was rude and yelled at me like I was crazy for telling her I needed a refund for a mistake their office made a day after the surgery. Zero compassion. You telling me that you are going to hang up only makes me angrier. The new surgery place had no clue who I was, Chris actually took the time to find out what happen. He then realize that Dr. Acosta office made a mistake. Dr. Acosta office had me register at a different location and some how that’s my fault??? Now I get charged a cancelling fee??? Ridiculous! Dr. Acosta is great but his staff especially Nancy needs to work better with patients.

Scheduled weeks in advance with a referral from both my primary and GYN. I get to my appointment 10-15 minutes prior to when I’m supposed to be seen to fill out paperwork. I take a few minutes to fill out everything only to be told that the doctor wouldn’t be able to see me because of "lack of labwork”, which was absolute nonsense since:1. I wouldn’t be there if I didn’t have labwork.2. I wouldn’t have been referred if there was nothing going on.3. I scheduled weeks in advance and the only call I had gotten from the office was on the Friday prior to confirm that my appointment was for today.I immediately called out the lack of sense and professionalism, even told the nurse/assistant that when she goes to inform the doctor to let him know that I said because I don’t like my time being wasted.I stayed fairly calm and not even 5 minutes later, another nurse says the doctor will see me and to sit in the waiting room. QUICK response from someone who was about to completely dismiss me altogether. I waited a firm 30 minutes after my intended appointment with zero communication from anyone as to why I was not being seen during the time I had scheduled. Honestly, I grew irritable and wanted to have a hot fit but truthfully, I wouldn’t be surprised if this was another place where the office either double-books or overbooks to get money from insurance companies. However, I better not see a charge from this place because regardless of whether I pay for my insurance out of pocket or not, this is negligence across the board and for this type of behavior to come from a surgeon is absolutely disgusting.

Came in dr acosta was very attentive he explained all my wifes detail in her surgery procedure.. He was very professional in answering all my questions with concern and refered me to all that was needed before her surgery

Llegué al Dr. Acosta, estaba muy atento. Explicó todos los detalles de mi cirugia en que consistava y procedimiento quirúrgico. Fue muy profesional al responder todas mis preguntas con preocupación y me refirió a todo lo que necesitaba antes de mi cirugía. Y las recepsionista muy attenta y profecional asi como la enfermera en turno. 😉

He was pretty chill

Nurse checked in with the doctor, told me he’d see me after a quick 2 minute disappearance. I stayed 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before I gave up on them for wasting me time. Completely unprofessional and sketchy.

Dr. Acosta performed a herniated belly button surgery repair (that had originally been done over 25years ago) last year and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. He did such a terrific job that I literally had no pain at all. This included the entire healing process. He was very thorough in explaining what the procedure would entail and I wasn't nervous before the operation. I very highly recommend this man if you need a good surgeon. Thanks Dr. Acosta!!

Very helpful? and knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't like was when the Medical Assistant called me in to do my vitals and was asking questions about my history she was on her personal cellphone checking her messages and going through her Facebook page. Come on!!!!

Dr. Acosta seemed knowledgeable and friendly upon the first appointment. However, a staff member named Elizabeth blatantly refused to schedule a follow-up meeting. Dr. Acosta had assured me that I could follow up if my condition worsened. The condition worsened, and Elizabeth simply refused to set the appointment or even let me schedule a time to talk with the doctor over the phone. She simply stated that the doctor doesn't talk to patients. Poor staff or poor policy.

Dr Acosta has done two surgeries for me and, given a choice, I would never go to anyone else. I am in a large city more than 300 miles away from him and it is worth my health and peace of mind to have him as my surgeon. He has excellent skills and keeps me on track.

I just had Dr. Acosta do a procedure for me. I never felt unsafe with him. It was a process so I was able to seak with him on a few occasions I would recommend him.

Dr. Acosta is an amazing surgeon. You feel so safe in his care! He gives you ideas to work with your condition. So greatful to him.
