Dr. Ramirez is my chosen gastroenterologist and I am a physician. There are other excellent gastroenterologists in El Paso but Ramirez and staff are great.

Dr. Ramirez, Is an excellent liver specialist. My appointment was scheduled by phone. My experience with his office….I received the first call from the office assistant to verify that my personal information was still the same or if any changes needed to be made. Great communication with the office assistants assisting the doctor. Second call I received was to inform me that the doctor was ready to speak to me. Dr. Ramirez gave me information and lab results just like if I was actually at his office. I asked several questions, in which he answered clearly and to the point of him making sure that I had understood everything we had talked about. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Liver Specialist.

Dr Ramirez has wonderful bedside manner’s. He is very professional and knowledgeable. If you attend his office as a new patient be sure to bring books and electric chargers to charge your devices and have something to do. I had to wait three hours until he came into the room from the moment I got to the clinic. The staff could’ve used some customer service training but the doctor made up for it all.

Nurses and doctor were great , explained everything in regards to procedure . The front desk staff could use some customer service training . Not very friendly and rude to the majority of the patients checking in .

Gracias Dr Ramírez, nos atendió a mi esposo y a mi, desgraciadamente el diagnóstico de mi esposo fue Cáncer de Colon, pero en su oficina nos facilitaron toooodo para que inmediatamente lo atendiera el cirujano y le hicieran todos los estudios necesarios para que a las dos semanas lo operarán y le quitaran el tumor, gracias también a Erika y Stéphanie por hacer su trabajo con amor.

Mi visita de hoy fue muy bien, el personal fue muy atento y eficaz el procedimiento empieza con los asistentes, con el cuidao sobre el covid, la preguntas sobre este, miden la temperatura, eso me gustó como cuidado alas personas. Lo demás son preguntas sobre su salud actual medicamentos que uno toma. Antes de de pasar al procedimiento que le van a practicar te toman precion,oxígeno y más te explican el procedimiento que te van hacer,y con mucho profesionalismo, todo estuvo muy bien. Gracias al Doctor y personal.

Dr Ramirez is always professional and caring as well as very knowledgeable gastroenterologist. I have several gi tract issues and he always knows and keeps running the appropriate testing to keep me stable. I do have enddstage liver disease and he has been able to keep me stabilized and keep myself and my family informed of any issues I need to address or medication changes. I am very happy to be his patient.
