Horrible staff and Dr. They cancelled my uncle's colonoscopy a day before and not even early in the morning it was after midday, he had already taken the medication for the procedure. I been trying to reschedule and left several messages for the assistant and called for 2 weeks almost every day and still cant get a hold of someone that can reschedule the procedure, at the front desk they just keep transferring me to the assistant.

While the staff was nice enough, it seems very odd to me that you can get a bill before they can get your test results. When the referring doctor's office attempts to get the information, they are continuously ignored. When the patient calls, they get shot from department to department, hung up on and still can't get their test results. If you don't mind paying for services that aren't completed...this is the place for you
