Tender Care provided excellent care to our family as we were faced with the difficult decision to admit my mother to Hospice. I am a Registered Nurse, and despite this, the hospice nurses guided and comforted me at this vulnerable time in my life. I am forever grateful to the attention and care they provided to my mom.

Highly recommend Tender Care. They are professional, caring and really helped us out. Big shout out to all of the nice people that were part of the team, especially Diana, Claudia and Joe Urrutia, the chaplain who explained the process and took care of us during this difficult time. They responded immediately to questions and took care of everything we needed as things changed. They have a terrific team and we would have been lost without them. I can't say enough good things about them.

My mom was placed on hospice in July after a 2 1/2 year battle with terminal stomach cancer. She was under the care of Tender Care Hospice and they took the best care of her. The team of nurses were always there when we needed to call them for something and were very supportive and empathetic during the whole process. Not just the nurses but everyone involved in my moms care made my moms last few months more peaceful. Thank you so much!

These people are liars! WTH is a drive- by visit & how does it count as an actual visit? When does a Physical Therapist have the authority to discharge a client without proper approval when all visits were not completed?!🤬🤬. When I tried to explain this the girl raised her voice at me n then transferred me to a supposed supv who did the same. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR LOVED ONES WITH THESE PEOPLE.!

When my grandmother needed therapy, Tender Care did not disappoint. Going above and beyond, they helped her recover and live the rest of her days without pain. They now take care of my aunt who is very sick by giving her regular nursing and physical therapy at home. They really make you feel like you are part of the family. Most definitely the best home health agency in the business. Highly recommend this wonderful, caring, and compassionate company.

I relied my concerns for help and needs to nurses all I got was scoffs and scolds from some of the clinical director of staff I have the names of the nurses if facility needs details. Poor to Non communication, had to call my self, nobody will answer after Hours and or especially Weekends, the female Nurses where really prepotent and non professional regarding my pain and drug medication problems as well as time available to have an appropriate Nursing visit for pickline dressing Change or Nursing Assessment overall well being in case something bad is going on with medicine!
