went in feeling horrible, within an hour came out feeling a lot better, and was diagnosed. staff and doctor was great. God bless them all.

I came to this emergency room after a motor vehicle accident where my daughter and I were rear ended pretty badly. I got what I thought were all the bills, and got them paid in a settlement with the responsible party in the MVA. Fast forward several months and I get a call from THOP billing center saying I owe over $1500 for the visit previously mentioned. I asked “why have I not been getting those bills? My medical bills were already paid in the settlement and I can not ask for anymore money.” she had informed me that the bills were being sent to “**** Apartment 18 A”. I stopped her and said “my apartment number is 18 H. Why was there two different apartment numbers on my mine and my daughters account?” THE RECEPTIONIST SCREWED UP AND PUT THE WRONG APARTMENT NUMBER ON HER ACCOUNT AND I GOT SENT TO COLLECTIONS BECAUSE OF IT. A BILL I WASNT AWARE OF BECAUSE THEIR RECEPTIONIST MADE A HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!!!

Doctor and all staff did a tremendous job of making me feel better. Very knowledgeable and kind. Will be coming here instead of urgent care. Thank you to all the staff. I appreciate everything you all did.

"An emergency room that not a COVID testing site" (then your not an emergency room). I walked out and wasn't even seen, the girl couldn't answer any questions.Can the Dr test for COVID- I dont know up to the DrWhat's the co pay- I don't know up to your insuranceI have Tricare - I don't know call your insurance.(Receptionist isn't very friendly)As someone working in the medical field for 20 yrs you should probably have staff who knows what insurance co pays are and actually wants to do their job and check.

The doctor who helped my boyfriend was very kind and informative. Very minimal wait time, literally about 5 minutes after filling out papers. Good experience overall.

Dont waste your time, don't even bother.. non the less if you have money or insurance,Staff were nice. But for a 10 min check up, after testing for covid and floo, thankfully didn't have either of them. They bill me 375 (that's a discount price) price will rise if not payed within 48 hrs. Come to find out I have to pay the doctor's service, when all he did was tell me I was clear... I'm sorry but that's some bulls***

The staff was great. The reason I give them a poor rating is because they didn’t inform me what the copay amount would be until after we were seen by the doctor. I truly thought this place was also an urgent care facility. If I had been informed of the copay amount when registering, I would not have had received care there for my daughter. I believe they should inform patients upfront to avoid any confusion.

Really a BAD Doctor's attitude which is Doctor Magallanes. I took my son for COVID-19 testing on Saturday night after 5 hrs staff took us to a room from E R waiting area and Doctor Magallanes said " Emergency Room is not for testing COVID-19 and if even if your son would be positive, there is nothing we can do." Then he ask us " Why did you come through E. R?" I told him that Walgreens manager on charge told us to come because nobody does testing for COVID-19 on Sunday's but hospitals. And he was going to ask something else and I was already upset so I told him with a every upset tone of voice Is my son positive or negative ?. He said Im still waiting for the results and give me a few more minutes. And we wait for more than an hour There were more people waiting for testing for COVID-19 at the waiting room. If this hospital or Doctor Magallanes won't be able to testing for COVID-19 then they need to put a sign at the entrance. Besides for him it was not an emergency but for me and my son it was an EMERGENCY. Question..WHAT WILL DOCTOR MAGALLANES DO IF HE WAS IN MY SHOES? Just saying....
