After having a failed Rotator Cuff , Torn bicep and dislocation in 2016, I developed 4 different types of infections within a few days of the procedure. The wound would not close and it was constantly draining fluids. I had a pic line put in and had to go three time a week for IV at the wound care clinic. During this time I also underwent 5 additional Irrigation and drainage procedures with the same Dr here in Las Cruces. The infection almost went into my bone, that would have led to an amputation. After doing my own research on the last remaining type of bacteria with a friend in the medical field, She told me what antibiotics I needed. I received them via IV and with in 10 days it started to heal. This left me, in the end, a shoulder without any anterior deltoid or any type of structure to hold the shoulder in place. All of the cuff was gone. After seeing several Drs, including UNM Orthopedic( which told me the only option I had was to fuse it) and the Mayo Clinic, nobody would touch my shoulder and take a chance because of the liability. I literally had only one usable arm.I was recommended to go see Dr. Natividad at El Paso Orthopedic Specialists. Dr. Natividad was a God sent for me. He understood my lifestyle, understood that I have a 12 year old that I am very active in sports with and after weighing all of the information, Dr Natividad decided to do a reverse shoulder replacement. He truly put the patient first and took the risk so I could have a better quality of life with my family. I am now about 10 days out and I have my shoulder back. Incredible range of motion, able to use it for light duty and the daily pain I was in for 4 years is gone. Dr Natividad truly is one if a kind Dr. He cares about his patients, puts them first and is not about just the $. He had the experience and most of all the confidence on his abilities to help me. I would recommend Dr Natividad to anyone that has Orthopedic issues. He changed my quality of life forever and I will always be grateful for him. WE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE A DR WITH THIS TYPE OF SKILL IN EL PASO!

My mom was very happy for her experience with Dr. Natividad and all his staff. Everyone was friendly at every appointment. The wait time was short and she had her x-rays the very same day of the service and had results within minutes. She is going back for knee treatment. We strongly recommend Dr. T. Natividad.

Dr. Natividad and staff are professional, courtesy, and informative. The staff is top notch from the NPs to the medical assistants. I was diagnosed and treated in an hour. I am much better now but will continue my Orthopedic care with him. I love the fact he just did not go to surgery on the first visit. Highly recommend this office. Thanks

I was seen by Bryan, NP and Dr. Natividad. Both of them have great bedside manner! Their assessments are quick but thorough and they answered all of my questions. The staff as a whole are very friendly and pleasant. Thank you for getting me in fairly quickly and for such a positive experience! The customer service at the offices is first class. They are very professional and explain the plans and procedures in detail. The offices are very clean.

Dr. Natividad is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I first became aware of him when he performed a surgical procedure on a family member with a severe disability, which made the surgery quite complex. The procedure was quite successful. I then decided that Dr. Natividad would be my ortho doctor. He and his staff are thoroughly professional and attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Natividad.
