I've been coming here for a long time but I finally had a bit so great experience. I always get my acrylics done and I had someone new because my usual nail girl had left the establishment. so I was nervous of course and my nails turned out really good or so I thought, the next day my polish has bad chunks coming of and I'm very sad about it

I’ve tried to like this place but unfortunately I’ve been disappointed with management more than once. I went in person before with my mom and they didn’t have our appointment correct and gave us a hard time about it. My mom liked the services so I attempted to get her a gift card. I live out of town so I called it in and they wanted to charge me $5 for taking the order over the phone. There is no online purchase option and this is not a charge applied in person. I think this establishment makes business processes more complicated for the customers than they need to be.

Extremely disappointed I took my 12 year old daughter to get her eyebrows waxed and was given a time for our appointment, not only was there no communication in letting us know a status on when we would be seen but an hour later another family came in and was attended before we where , ended up having to walk out and when I informed the front desk there was no remorse or customer service to try and save the appointment , will definitely stay away and advise friends and family to do the same, horrible waste of time

Sent a message for a call back to schedule a massage got a call from one of the employees she stated they had no appointments available for today. She said “maybe” for next week, didn’t even tell me any dates they had available or asked if I wanted to schedule! I guess they don’t need clientele 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve loved this friendly place for over 3 years now, and I have always been treated like a Queen! My regular manicure and pedicure have been done with excellent professionalism! Try them! You will not be disappointed 🙂

I go to the place quite often for massage services. The massage services are PHENOMENAL, HOWEVER, I came here to get a manicure and acrylic nails for a special event. What I asked for is definitely NOT what I got, AND they charged $70 for a horrible manicure job. I literally cried on the way home and hid my hands inside an oversized hoodie so people wouldn't comment on the bad nail job. Acrylic is too bubbly on top, the acrylic color is not blended right. The nail tech didn't have black acrylic, she asked if we can use a black with a little bit glitter, I told her that was fine. After the acrylic application, the nails looked more silver than anything. When I mentioned this, she took a closer look at the acrylic and realized it's a color changing acrylic. She noticed this AFTER application. I'm so disappointed and would NOT recommend this place for manicures. The top picture is what I asked for, the bottom picture is what I got.

Got my wife a gift card to her favorite spot. Very helpful and curious staff

I got my pedicure done and I loved it.
