Excellent service and attention by staff and PA Manish Rawat! Thank you for your outstanding service.
Have been using UVUC for seven or eight years ,great professional staff , prompt service. Was last there on Saturday January 22 received usual excellent service including chest X-ray and test., received well explained diagnosis and treatment in just over one hour at their center. I have great confidence in their providers and highly recommend Upper Valley Urgent Care. Have referred several friend and coworkers to this center.
I've been getting treated here since they opened. Always excellent service!
I have been coming for years, and now their registration process has gone 100% digital. I came in with a foggy head due to allergies and I had no idea if I didn't complete the registration on my own, I would not be called. Roughly an 1 hr later I went up to the clerk and asked why I haven't been called. She told me because I didn't complete the registration. (I would think they would let me know.) After all, I did sign in using their digital pad. So I thought I did. The receptionist offered very little help the first time and now this 2nd time. The other clerk stepped in and offered to help I guess because how the receptionist answered me. I said I'll figure it out. He was just going to walk me thru it. That in itself makes me nervous, so I slowly figured it out, take my own pictures of both DL and Ins. card front and back with my cell phone, Fill out all the cells which are many I struggled thru it all. This was a bad experience and very impersonal. People come in sick. Those of us who do not use our phones for such things it can be difficult. I was very disappointed with the whole process. I had come many times before, don't they keep my records? Nothing had changed as far as information. It's so sad how making the consumer do so much of the work is o.k. I'm in my 60's. Once in, the PA and nurse were good.
Cleanse, friendly, professional, fast. I did not have to wait very long.
Very attentive and prompt in caring for our son. Also, open on Labor Day-thank you!
Excellent service, great attention
Dr carpenter is the worst. He’s totally egocentric and self absorbed, no wonder he got fired from Las Palmas. worst Dr ever. I wonder how he still has his medical license
Love this place for taking the time to figure out what was causing my back pain 😁
Always great service for the front desk to the back

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
