Basem Jassin's Online Review Report Card

I am a past patient of the doctor. He performed sinus surgery for me in 2008. I called his office today due to reoccurring ear infections and because I don't have insurance and would be a CASH pay patient, I was told he could not see me. Their office only takes people with insurance and will not take a CASH pay patient. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Bad experience!

Guess they don't want my business because I called the other day, despite all of the bad reviews, and gave them all this information for them to tell me they had to check my insurance to see if they are covered...but guess what? 4 days later and no response. I will take my business elsewhere I guess smh

This Dr. Office is useless. I called in October last year to make a appointment. They took my insurance to verify but they never called me back. I called again to ask for appointment because my daughter started having ear problem again, only to find out the insurance was never verified. The girl that answers the phone said even if we verify it will be months to get her in because Dr is out on personal leave... really you could have told me that from the beginning months ago.

I have had pain on my forehead and pressure for several years. My family doctor kept insisting it was migraines. A friend recommended I go see Dr. Jassin. He looked in my nose with a camera and saw that my sinuses were blocked. I never had any nose blockage so I didn’t think I had sinus problems. He was able to open the sinuses in the office using a sinus balloon and it made a huge difference. I can even breathe better now. I have told another friend who is always complaining of sinus problems to go see him.

I was having nose bleeds and went to see Dr. Jassin. He looked in my nose and told me I likely had allergies and also saw a place that was causing the bleeding he used a long matchstick to heal it. Great doctor and great office.

My wife forced me to come because of snoring. Dr. Jassin was very thorough and I was evaluated for sleep apnea, which I did not have. He told me that there was a lot of blockage in my nose and sinuses which was making me breathe through my mouth at night. I had an office procedure which helped to open my nose and helped with the snoring. It was not as scary as I thought it would be.

I have been taking allergy medicines for years, so I thought I was already doing everything to treat this. I was wrong. Dr. Jassin did allergy testing and I started allergy shots and it has been an amazing experience. I feel much better. I wish I had gone sooner.
