STAFF IS RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

I went to dr Sackey myself from newborn to age 15 and assumed I would have my kids the same since he himself is a wonderful dr! However the people he has working for them are inconsiderate and rude! Understanding Covid regulations and all the extra going on at this time, but Dr Sackey has been lenient with us since we moved over an hour away and we have telehealth visits until recently they needed an annual physical. We go into the office, and the lady at the front desk states she has to reschedule appt because they don’t have masks( No one addressed this over the phone & we drove over an hour away) Her excuse was they don’t go through everyone’s chart and we should’ve seen the signs on the office door… This is the same lady who wouldn’t send my daughters missing refill until Dr Sackey advised to do so. Most definitely our last visit! Dr. Sackey is wonderful but I can’t get past the rude workers and let alone the lady at the window who always has an attitude and her facial expressions tell it all✌️

Dr. Sackey and PA are great! They are very helpful and super informative, and great with my baby girl. But the front desk receptionist are very rude to the point I do not wish to return. I called to ask if I had left my daughters shoe in the room if someone could check for me. She said yes but clearly had an attitude, and that it would be at the front desk. I asked if someone could bring it to the back exit and I would grab it because it was raining and I didn’t wanna take the baby out in the rain again. Her words “ well I’m not getting wet“ and hung up. I never asked for anyone to come outside I just asked if they could bring it to the door so I didn’t have to take the baby out and walk all the way back inside. I definitely do not think I will be returning.

How can I schedule my daughter 1 year checkup of they don't answer the phone! Been calling since January 21st to reschedule! They need to get the act together for the sake of our little ones.

The staff is very friendly and Dr Sackey knows his stuff ha has always hit every diagnosis on the head...I would recommend this clinic for your child

They never answer the phone. I literally called everyday of the week and no answer, It is so ridiculous.

My son & I absolutely love Dr Sackey. He is a top-notch pediatrician!! However, his staff could use some work. Its extremely difficult to get anyone to answer the phones to get an appointment and his staff is cold, rude, & unfriendly. Please fix this issue- I would hate to have to change from a great pediatrician bc of rude & lazy staffing just to get my son an appointment!!
