Andrea Arguello's Online Review Report Card

I cannot begin to express my discouragement with this physician's office. While Dr. Arguello is a kind, young doctor, her office is beyond frustrating. To even schedule or change an appointment, I had to stay on hold for 20+ minutes. Whenever I left messages for anyone in the office, including medical staff, billing, etc., I rarely received a call back. On the few instances I did receive a call back (several days later), my question still remained unanswered, and I was told that my message would be marked urgent and that I would receive a call back. I was also issued an apology. Guess what? I never received a call back. Even the information on my Internet Medical documentation was erroneous, and I had to appeal for correction. Additionally, I was told different information each time I called. No one works together in this office. Communication is a joke. I plan on seeking a new doctor. The only reason I chose this doctor to begin with is because my previous OB/GYN retired. I would suggest you find another doctor if you are in the market and searching for an OB/GYN. This one is most definitely substandard. Sidebar: Even my medical insurance company could not reach anyone in this doctor's office when attempting an inquiry for medical coding/information.

I had to change doctors and Dr. Arguello made me and my husband feel welcome. Always answered all our questions and gave us proper care. We are very pleased with the switch.

This is my 3rd pregnancy but my first with DR.Arguello can’t be more happier she’s the best so caring and on time all the time . Thank you DR.Arguello

El personal Medico muy amable y eficiente en los dos idiomas, dos diferentes sedes de atencion muy conveniente, las visitas con ella muy rapidas no debes tener muchas preguntas porque no tiene tiempo, envia examenes o procedimientos sin haberlo previamente hablado en la cita lo cual te deja con mas preguntas sin respuestas, responden muy rapido en el portal si escribes en ingles en espanol se demoran un poco mas, no era la mejor pero tampoco la peor Doctora, todo iba "normal" tenia una cita de rutina en mi semana 26 a puertas de mi 3er trimestre soy paciente mayor de 35 pero sin ningun riesgo detectado embarazo en perfectas condiciones y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que la cita habia sido cancelada y que la Doctora habia tomado la decision de no atenderme mas, segun ellos habian enviado una carta por correo que jamas llego y tampoco me dieron explicaciones ni respuestas alguna, me parecio una falta de profesionalismo no dar la cara y explicar razones por el abandono del paciente en la etapa mas IMPORTANTE del embarazo NO LA RECOMIENDO para nada, al momento de hacer el cambio de doctor el personal del call center no tenian idea de como era el procedimiento ni que se requeria para hacer el envio de mi record a mi nuevo doctor,en resumen NO LA RECOMIENDO.

I love Dr. Arguello. She’s always on time and so sweet. They staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Hace unos dias tuve un aborto espontaneo y cuando necesite de la atencion medica de la doctora arguello nunca pudo ser, nunca aparecio, nunca tuvo tiempo para atender a su paciente. MALISIMA ATENCION.

This is my 2nd Pregnancy being with MacArthur and I absolutely love it!!! Dr arguello is seriously the best and the staff is super helpful and kind! I wouldn’t change a thing about them, love love love!!!!

I change doctors during my first trimester of pregnancy because I wasn’t happy with my previous Obgyn office team, doctor Arguello was very friendly her team Brandy ( amazing at taking care of the patients needs) also Mary Laila and Summer excellent PA I usually have a lot of questions so she was nice answering and explaining my concerns. The portal is very helpful if you have any questions and they usually answer within 24 hours so far so good but I will complete my review once I finish with all the process of my pregnancy and my follow up appointments to share a real review to all woman looking for an excellent obgyn that you can feel safe and confident stay tune! Billing department needs to take care of their patients better they never return phone calls on time except if you call them several times and messages and even that after 3 weeks you will have to call them again to get a response from them.
