List of North Texas Podiatry Associates's Reviews
Dr. Jeffrey Taylor is most friendly, professional, knowledgeable and supportive. He has helped me tremendously with a prescribed method of corrective procedures to address and change a foot problem that developed in both of my feet. His personal care resolved this issue, and I am now able to walk without pain. The medical assistants and staff are also very welcoming and considerate. The appointment times are right on schedule. I highly recommend Dr Jeffrey Taylor and North Texas Podiatry Associates to anyone needing excellent directives and exceptional, personable service for healthy feet!
TLDR: Dr. Taylor and his team are incredible. I recommend them to anyone! I started going to Dr. Taylor about 2 years ago, and I'll never see another podiatrist again!! After years of being misdiagnosed from others, Dr. Taylor actually looked at my foot and ankle and found a proper diagnosis and fix for my foot pain! He and Sarah (not sure her title) have been amazing supports through my first and now my current surgery recoveries. They answer all my anxiety induced questions no matter how out of the box they may be. I can't recommend North Texas Podiatry enough!!
Dr. Taylor performed a plantar fasciotomy in February 2025. Immediately after surgery, I experienced loss of sensation in my foot along with significant nerve pain. I raised these concerns at multiple follow-up visits but was repeatedly told everything was “on plan” and that I was “right on trajectory,” without any guidance or plan to address the numbness. My concerns were not reflected in my medical records as discussed during appointments. When symptoms did not improve, I sought out another physician on my own in an effort to regain feeling. While there was brief initial interest, there was no follow-up or coordination of care. A year later, I still do not have normal sensation and continue to experience considerable nerve pain. I have since transferred care to a highly regarded orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon, who is now evaluating whether a nerve injury may have occurred. My experience was that when complications arose, I did not feel supported or guided through next steps. I would encourage patients to ask detailed questions about post-operative complications and follow-up care before proceeding. I would not return for care. This has significantly impacted my quality of life.

Dr. Taylor is an awesome Dr, very polite and kind and caring. His staff is very professional and kind.
I drove almost 2.5 hours due to heavy traffic for a FU appointment with Dr Jeffery Taylor and staff.-. Why? I moved to a different location and Dr Taylor is an excellent doctor along with staff. who listens and cares about me as a patient. Thank you
Dr. Taylor is very competent and kind. He is extremely courteous and caring. You won’t find a nicer gentleman anywhere 😊
Southlake Staff & Dr. Taylor super. New podiatry office opening near my house in Denton TX, so changing doctors. Sorry to need to change.
Would not answer muptle phone calls over the course of days, would not return my voice mail messages in a timely matter, when I finally got a hold of them they didn't know which insurance to bill and said I should try to figure it out myself and then hung up on me, listed doctors also don't work at the listed locations online, rude staff, if you can go anywhere else plz do
Dr. Davis quickly diagnosed the cyst issue with my toe, an performed the necessary procedure. No more pain, hopefully time will show it is permanent. Totally recommend Dr Davis.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
