Why do you delete all negative reviews...what are you hiding?
The Right Step has the best staff anyone trying to start their recovery journey could ask for! They truly do care about your well-being! They even have chefs prepare each meal, which is always so delicious!
The right step is a great place to help get ones life back on track. The staff are caring and devoted to helping others and are very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
With extreme depression along with a chemical dependency issue (alcohol), I recently attempt suicide. Thanks to The Right Step, they helped me put my life back in order. Their team of professionals are truly amazing, loving, and caring. I would recommend them to anyone. If you are willing to admit that you have a problem. No matter what it is, they will get you the help needed. Thanks, Tim, Jackie, Patty, Ryan, and everyone else there!
This place saved my life point blank. I celebrated 1 year on Christmas day.
My Fiance is currently at the Right Step in Euless TX. They haven't had anyone in the kitchen making food so all fast food brought to them is cold, they currently have no A/C and frequently turn off the water. What a way for someone trying to recover! Not only that but it is expected of him to pay close to $4,000 for his "luxurious" stay at the Right Step! He didn't get to see a doctor or counselor his 1st week there. Hopefully they can step there game up a little bit and be there for the addict trying to recover. Hopefully I get a call back soon. Can a place even operate without running water? Its sad the amount that these addicts have to pay compared to what they actually get.
Guess my review was taken down. Place is in shambles. Only good thing yall got going is vale
If I could Give this place a negative star i would. I was once a patient here in 2014 the facility was doing great and it was so pretty.I came back here Sep 3rd, For the love of GOD do NOT send your loved one here or admit yourself. Unless you’re looking to sit around for hours doing nothing, and learning nothing about recovery or playing hangman or sit around for countless hours smoking cigarettes. I came in hopeful to get treatment and excited to learn about coping skills and patch up my life, when I walked through the doors and into the facility it looked like a complete dump, everything had been completely tore down, my air conditioner had mold on it & the staff was less than friendly ! The the immediate day I got there; there was already a bunch of drama going on between the staff and the women’s unit .Within 24 hours of a full day at the Right Step all I did was sit and play games nothing recovery-based, get on a zoom call with a Doctor who tried to prescribe me everything under the sun to dope me up, and listen to girls talk about how much they hated the facility too. They limit your phone time, it is SO hard to get to a phone, you barely have any contact with the outside world it’s very hard to get to a phone which is actually scary. The staff is trashy and never on time with anything. I will talk to corporate and the higher-ups about my experience it was completely horrible and within 24 hours I signed myself out and got better help elsewhere. All they care about is money at the right step now and the facility has completely gone downhill also someone stole my make up bag while there and I got told I just should’ve kept my door closed even though there was no locks on the doors and they wouldn’t check the cameras . Lastly when I tried to leave three staff members came down and cornered me and begged me to stay, and said that they were going to be taking things more seriously and actually enforce the rules once I had already made up my mind to leave and sign myself out, they bagged and begged me to stay and said theyd do anything, One lady won’t even as far to say that if I were to leave Id go downhill and try to mind trick me into staying LOL well jokes on them because they were charging 2500 per day per person, and 3 people left that day and they lost out on all that money because everything had gone so downhill !! This place actually traumatized me more than helped me I still have nightmares from my stay ! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!
Do not trust this facility with yourself or your loved ones. They mistreated my daughter, took our money, got her assaulted and injured by the police department then locked her out and put her out in trash bags at 4 am. Do not come here. The roaches care more about the addicts than the staff. DO NOT COME HERE, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT COME HERE! DO NOT COME HERE! THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS LIKE AN EPISODE OF BEYOND SCARED STRAIGHT OR 60 DAYS IN MIXED WITH LIVE PD. I HAVE PTSD I HAVE PHYSICAL INJURIES AND SOON I’LL HAVE AN ATTORNEY. IF YOU THINK YOU MAY LOVE MENTAL ANGUISH AND NEGLECT AND EXCESSIVE POLICE FORCE AND ROACHES AND BEING ANTAGONIZED AND DIRTY MATTRESSES, AND UNQUALIFIED OR INCOMPETENT STAFF AND NO SENSE OF TIME AND AN UNDERSTAFFED FACILITY FULL OF WORKERS THAT SMOKE AND TEXT AND GOSSIP ALL DAY, THEN YES, BY ALL MEANS, COME HERE. COME TO WRONG STEP.***update***The attorney general and joint commissions and internal affairs and united health have all been notified

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
