Rebecca Gray's Online Review Report Card

A few years ago when I switched to this office and Dr. Gray, I was so happy with the staff and her bedside manner was excellent. Flash forward to 2020-2022, I have been trying to schedule appointments with her. First one I had was with her physicians assistant (2020). Then, from 2021 until present day I have not been able to see the doctor. I schedule an appointment 2-3 months out and then I get canceled by the office no reasoning by text message. Reschedule, told another 3 months out, text message 2 days before appointment, canceled again. Reschedule online, canceled days before appointment. Called today 08/31/2022 waited on hold for 20 minutes, now Dr. Gray will be gone until the end of the year, no appointments until January 2023, I asked why she would be gone and was told they don't know why. What about her current pregnant patients? I asked if I could see another doctor in the office, their policy is that they don't switch providers and I would have to see the physicians assistant, not totally against that but the doctor seems so unreliable now. She is great from the one time I did get to see her but now I have zero confidence. I can't be the only one experiencing this?

Doctor Rebecca Gray not only deserves zero stars; she doesn’t deserve her license. What she did to me is beyond any words I can put together. I started seeing Dr. Gray just as a gynecologist and I thought I really liked her. So when I found out I was pregnant I decided she would be the one I trusted for not only my care but for my baby. But no, my baby is gone… she passed away. Now I’m having to live this nightmare of a life all because of a doctor didn’t do her freaking job. I apparently was high risk around 5 months. I was never told this information nor was I treated like one. My whole pregnancy just felt like everything was up in the air. I had an appointment with her and while I waited in my car the office messaged and said I wouldn’t be seen by a doctor today but they will preform a sono. I expressed I was very sick I needed to be seen by a doctor that day. I proceeded to my sono where I told the tech I wasn’t feeling my baby move. She pressed on my stomach and the baby floated from side to side didn’t really move. At the time I was thinking she was professional and knew. After turns out Dr Gray was able to now see me. I expressed to her I couldn’t catch my breath, I was swollen in my hands feet face and legs, I was hurting, told her my baby wasn’t moving, I was having bad pelvic pressure to where it was hard to walk. I was over looked and told everything was normal. She didn’t even check if I was dilated. 2 days later I was in the hospital battling for my life and my baby had no heart beat had to deliver right away I was 37 weeks. I was told I had severe severe severe preeclampsia. If this doctor had done her job and put me in the hospital that day my baby would still be here. Instead I have to just keep going with out my precious gift because of her. Save your baby and go to another doctor please!!!! My life is absolutely miserable now. After I looked up a lot about preeclampsia it’s astonishing she didn’t see the signs. A darn shame!

Misleading information was provided to me by Dr.Gray and strongly believe the services provided were done incorrectly and many things were overlooked. I strongly dislike this doctor for lying to me. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone ever. I have alot to say but will keep it as short as i can. In conclusion, if you want things done right and want to be provided the correct information about your health DO NOT GO TO HER! You will be very disappointed and you will have little/limited options afterwards.

One of the best doctors. She has conducted C-section for my wife and she was THE BEST. She was just done with professionalism and my wife says she had very less pain than her first C-section.

Dr. Grey put me on a birth control that did not agree with me to the point I had to call in sick to work.Tried to make an appointment to change the medicine. Was told I couldn't see her for three weeks, asked if i could get a doctor's note since she prescribe the medicine. I was told that couldn't happen either. I got into trouble at work. She neglected to do any blood tests at the start and just threw birth control at me to regulate my cycle. Due to deployment stress, did not have constant period for four years. I went to an out of network specialist and found out that my blood shows that I only one hormone was low and prescribed progesterone. within 2 weeks i now how a normal flow. Dr. Grey did not take the time to do this and blew me off. Did not have my best interest at heart and apparently with the new reviews that has popped up recently, i'm not the only one who feels this way. Do not recommend.

Waited 2 hours to be seen. My appt was at 10:00am, was told on the follow up call to be there at 9:30am to fill out any paperwork that might be needed. Got there at 9:30, checked in. I waited till 10:15 to call to make sure I was doing the protocol correct, miraculously get called to come in at 10:20. Start the process, then go back in the waiting room bc there wasn’t a room available for another 30 min or so. Finally get called to the room and the doctor didn’t come in until 11:30. She came in with a very bad attitude and said what’s ur problems. At this point, I just wanted to get my paps smear done and leave and never return. I regret even staying to do that much. Will not be returning here.

I love Dr Gray- she is a straight shooter and very willing to answer any and all questions. I can’t wait for her to expand her practice to grapevine for her to deliver our next baby. I will say I don’t love her office locations.

Always they cancel my appointment because the doctor rebbeca gray is always absent. They don't care if you're in high risk or no

Always she is absent and I'm high risk pregnancy and I'm just be seeing by a midwife Very disappointed 😞
