Dallas Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

Worst hospital ever doctor just rushed and didn’t really check me out and on top of that they didn’t treat me cause I didn’t have the insurance at the moment so I walk out now it’s the next day I have sharp chest pains as I breath in and I’m sweating like crazy so thanks for the help last night smh very unprofessional I will have my healthcare soon and I still won’t go there never again even my mom say that hospital trash and it look like it’s abandoned it’s always empty and I see why lol the hospital rating is a 2.9 man that is bad bad

The Staff on 5 are awesome. All screaming and Crying is real. They Handle themselves like professionals. Running from Patient 2 Patient. All with different needs. THANK YOU ALL FOR ALL YOU DO.

I was in the ER on 2/25/22. Within 5minutes I was checked in and the RN, Mary was waiting at the door to take me to the room. Very polite and professional. In about 10minutes, the ER doctor, Dr Brownlee, came in. Very nice and attentive to me. He examined me and ordered some labs. Another nurse, Eugene, came in to check on me while waiting for the results, very very nice guy. I asked for a pain relief for my throbbing headache. He went to tell the Dr and came back in a jiffy to give me something IV.I will give these guys a 10 star if possible. I was discharged same day after the results came back normal. My experience at DMC ER, was so smooth, fast and thorough that I believe this hospital should be better recognized in the community.

Horrible, nurses were rude and on edge. From the room I could hear them literally give the doctor attitude and telling him “that’s not helpful” and just up right ignorant. There’s no type of nice communication and takes foreverrrrrrr to get anywhere. Plus it’s so dirty. There’s garbage on the ground, doesn’t look like it’s been swept or wiped or at least sprayed.

After walking out of medical city Dallas, while they used the waiting room to stick a IV port in you and then left me for 6 hours. A human died in that waiting area, another threatened to blow up the place. Worst place ever. I was told to go to Dallas Medical Center No wait in ER Dr was amazing then was admitted. My surgical team Dr Juan Vasquez from US surgical clinics and Dr Lukeose ..Angel from heaven. Showing nothing but kindness and keeping me calm. Best ever and may God Bless you Now the nurses on the whole were short staffed and tired, I felt for them all. Special thanks to Elini, Lorraine , Jamilla, Billie,,Edna and many more who did there job. To the few bad seeds who just didn't listen or care made me lay in my own filth for days and refused to give meds in a timely fashion. Making me feel very degrading. I left with Septic and shingles and running a 102 fever that I had to take myself because there's registering low or no fever.  Hospital hands down best and there Doctors impressed me . My team heart Dr surgeons. Er. House Dr needs to slow down and listen. The surgical prep  Asian Nurse should be fired .I will never forget the pain she inflicted on me. In closing let's help our nurses who are tired and lost their way by getting them some extra hands of hope. My deepest thanks Theresa Santarelli

I went there because I was having asthma attack. I waited there for 5 hours not recommended

My wife went there for an emergency , no waits, people are nice and it's super easy find parking!!!

I would gladly sign any petition to shut this place down... The ER Drs and Nurses are rude and unprofessional... I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog... Very Very Unprofessional

get better emergency room doctor's I've gone twice with COPD complications and got sent home both times feeling worse than when I went in
