As a new patient seeing Dr.Karagozian I am very pleased to have found this clinic. Dr. K takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and is very thorough in education. Also, very quick responses when I reach out to clinic with any concerns. Amazing staff from the front desk to the nursing staff and phlebotomists in the back. Thank you guys!

My dad waited in the parking lot to be seen for an hour and a half and it was 95 degrees. He had a negative PCR Covid test and they retested him for Covid, still negative, but would not let him in the building to been seen. People who need medical attention, and can provide a negative Covid test, should not have to wait in the heat outside for over an hour. There needs to be another procedure in place for the summer months. This is unacceptable.

This was the closest clinic to my house. So when my husbands throat started closing up do to an allergy reaction that was the first place we thought of to go. My husband walked in and he could barely talk, because he was gasping for air. Instead of trying to help him immediately they wanted to fill out paper work and ask him questions. You would think that when someone walks in who's throat is closing up fast they would react as fast as they could. They acted like it was nothing. We went to another emergency clinic they reacted immediately and gave him an EpiPen to get him breathing again. We were in a state of panic and no one was reacting like it was an emergency. The vibes we both got from here eventually got us to leave.

Bethany Starks is always very sweet with my girls. Only one of my daughters goes to her now as they all have different primary doctors but her bedside manner is always great and seems genuine. Highly recommend her.

The doctors here really help talk you through everything, they're amazing to my son and really try to get to know him as a person so many people recommend me to go here and I'm so happy I did because this will always be our families doctor.
