Went for left arm pain radiating from neck to left upper arm. Am on cardiac med & B/P . Pain was severe . Took Asa and went to E.R.. only needed cardiac enzymes & ekg. Dx: neck pain....that is a symptom not a dx.! No rx and primary MD received no documentation. What's going on there? Please don't give the usual response.....what actions are being taken to improve care?

The service was good, but they overcharge the insurance company for services provided leaving you with huge outstanding balances that you are responsible for paying.

Went to the ER because I felt EXTREMELY nauseous to the point I was about to faint and I had a very sharp, off-and-on abdominal pain. Took me an hour to even get out of the waiting room and when I was taken back to my room, the nurse who was telling me what to do was very rude and unprofessional. When the doctor came in to take a look at me, she was very rude when asking questions. She would interrupt me when I was explaining my symptoms. After she did a little (and I mean little) physical exam on me, she said there was nothing wrong with me and proceeded to tell me that I should’ve just waited and gone to my doctor instead of coming to the ER because it’s “not that serious”. After she left, I was given something that I already tried and it had no change on me, she gave it to me again and said to just wait on the doctor. If I come into an emergency room, overly nauseous, not able to keep food down, dizzy, and having sharp stabbing pains in my abdomen, take me seriously. Take the time to listen, please.

They need to work with the MDSAVE better, don't go here with MDSAVE they will sent to collection agency.

This place says they take MDSAVE and they sent invoice to patients after they accept MDAVE voucher payment. Worse billing department i have ever work with. No one to answer the call or respond to anything.

One of the worst hospitals I've ever been too. The staff think they are above the people. They don't care to give good instructions or help notify family members.

I called just to get a price on how much it would be to get stitches removed and I was on hold for 15 minutes and when they finally came back they still couldn't give me a price and tell me that they would recommend me going somewhere else I know whenever I said I was just trying to get a price check they continue to try and look but for some reason couldn't pull up any information on prices
