Awesome staff and Doctor. Always feel welcomed, very clean, time proficient, and friendly. Surgery went well. I was able to call with any questions and didn’t have to wait for answers.

Spent a couple hours to call and set an appointment just to constantly get hung up on or to have them just pass my call on to another office. Really not understanding the praises I hear about this place. I mean, how good can you be if you won’t answer a phone or hang up on someone?

His arrogance overrides his ability to hear you. I had chronic infected tonsils and he blew me off. Even his staff said many people have walked out. Not a nice person. I found a great doc in San Antonio. 0 stars.

Dr. Faulkner, I can never tell you how grateful I am to him. I went in with hearing loss and treated me and today I can hear very well. The care and concern he gave was more than I ever taught I would receive. He truly is a wonderful Doctor and I am very grateful for him.

Doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and made the visit as painless as possible. Staff was very attentive, helpful, and courteous. Dr. Faulkner came highly recommended by our primary. Teenage daughter has surgery scheduled mid-March. Feel extremely confident with this doctor doing it.

Doc was ok he answered my questions went to him based on his profile saw doc he recommended the procedure to be done I'm private pay so I needed quotes well after two weeks and having not heard anything decided to call and was unable to get answers was reassured that I would get a phone call well I didn't after another week we called a little frustrated and again was reasured we would receive a call well after some time passed got a phone call from a staff member her being frustrated with US for calling the clinic so many times and stating numerous times she called when obviously she didnt I've never been lectured by a dr office for following up with them when they were spose to follow up with me before after that talked with supervisor was again reassured mess would be straitened out talked with this lady 5 days ago still no response never dealt with a dr office so lazy and unable to return a phone call need less to say I'm still waiting on my quotes feeling neglected and that as if I wasted my hard earned money on NO ANSWERS WHATSOEVER I wouldn't go here unless you like to get the runaround. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I HOPE THE RETRAINING I WAS TOLD WAS GONNA HAPPEN WORKS OUT FOR THEM because this is ridiculous
