Dr. Samuel Steven’s is one of the rudest Dr’s that I have ever encountered, he has no compassion or empathy for the patients. He is NOT willing to listen, walks out of the room when I was in the middle of my sentence and never came back!! Do NOT go to Him!!!

We went twice to see this Dr and it was the worst experience ever after the 1st visit they called us to apologize and ask if we give them another chance so we did only to get the same lousy treatment 3 of us were scheduled at the same time I was the 1st one there and checked in before the others came in. They called me back in room at 240 then I hear the Dr talking to the patient in room next to me ok waiting then I hear Dr in the other room with the other paitent so the wife step out side the door and ask nurse why 2 patients were seen before us and said I was ready to leave if Dr wasn't comming. And we sat there a total of 30 minutes in waiting room and the nurse steps back in and wanted to know if I still wanted to see the Dr and i said yes because I wanted to tell him what I thought about the service so then the nurse comes back and asked my wife to leave because the Dr only wanted the patient in room ??? The patient prior had a husband and wife after I told Dr that I thought 30 mins waiting was to long he said that he was not the Dr for me so ill let the VA. And tri-rwest. Know about this experience

Dr. Stevens has helped me in many ways to explore the different options to pain relief. I have personally worked with Nicole, Jeff, Alice and Daniella (very good at their jobs, I might add) and are always willing to answer questions, and have helped me through the maize of insurance details, staying in network, etc. You will not be disappointed if you seek medical care from Dr. Stevens and his support staff. Mom was in a lot of pain. Dr. Stevens did a Kyphoplasty on mom’s back. The procedure was amazing. Dr. Stevens is very thorough and compassionate about his practice. His office staff is caring as well. If you are experiencing pain, I highly recommend Dr. Samuel Stevens. We saw him at his office on Basse Rd at the Quarry in San Antonio.
