I have a genetic eye disorder and in addition to seeing an optometrist once a year, I see a retina specialist several times a year. I have always found Dr. Bowen to be nice, thoughtful, and he listens. I have never felt rushed or hurried in an exam with him, which isn't true for my retina specialist sometimes. The office staff has been pleasant to deal with and he generally runs in-time. I don't think I have ever waited more than 5 minutes past my appointment time so I can appreciate their policy on being late. I highly recommend Dr. John Bowen.

Dr. was ordering me to follow my treatment and was very arrogant. His rude tone doesn't make patients want to follow a treatment plan. Won't be going back unless I want to get yelled at.
