I am a long-standing patient of Dr Vu and could not imagine going anywhere else! I appreciate that he listens when I speak and takes his time to see how things are progressing and explains what my options are & how he can help! He is very knowledgeable and because of that, I feel safe when he performs procedures that help me with my day to day function…..the sedative helps too! I highly recommend this office and it’s personnel! Keep up the great work! Thank you!!

Dr. Vu has been my doctor for many years. He sees past your age and appearance and truly listens to you. He sees the patient and listens to your concerns wholeheartedly. I have struggled with severe arthritic conditions since the age of 14 years old & he worked to treat my pain when so many other doctors wrote me off because I appeared “young & healthy”. He treats other members of my family & I recommend anyone needing a pain & spine physician to him. I would entrust any of my loved ones to be treated under his care. He is a diamond in the rough!

Dr Vu has been my pain management Dr for years. He has seen me thru several surgeries and has the best bedside manner. He listens and really cares! He is the only Dr who I will let give me an injection in my back or neck or hip! Thank you Dr Vu!!

I have been going to Pain and Spine for about 20 years, and specifically Dr. Jon Vu. He has been the best doctor that I have been to for pain. I have had Fibromyalgia since 1979 and have had a low back injury since 2017. The clinic has gotten me through living with this pain. I recommend Pain and Spine to anyone in pain.

I am a former patient of Dr, Vu. What better testimonial can one give when you are a former patient? Dr. Vu is an INTERVENTIONAL pain management specialist and, as such, makes every effort to find the source of pain. He ordered tests and procedures and found the cause of my lower back pain. I had been to several orthopedists who did nothing other than ordering physical therapy and over-the-counter medications for my pain. Orthopedists are not trained in pain management and have little regard for patients who do not need surgery on their specific body part they treat. If they perform surgery, be aware that they will not effectively manage your post-surgery pain because (1) they don’t know how to and (2) have a cavalier attitude about pain after performing surgery and getting their money. I experienced this after hip replacement. Dr, Vu is able to perform some outpatient procedures in his office using anesthesia which is convenient and saves money. His staff treated me with dignity and kindness, and I never had a problem with paperwork. I highly recommend Dr, Vu as one of the best pain doctors in the DFW area.

I have suffered with chronic pain (fibromyalgia) for over 10 years until I met Dr Vu in 2019. I became his patient and my life has changed tremendously. I used to be bound in the bed all day. Because of Dr Vu’s treatment plan, I’m able to walk and enjoy activities again.

My PCP sent my referral over 10 days ago and no one was able to find it. I have been told multiple times to keep calling back to check in and today I was told they were just waiting for the manager to review my medication list from my previous pain doctor and for the doctors to review my medication list before they would consider taking me as a patient. I called back after the managers lunch time (which is when I was told to) to check if it had been reviewed yet and the manager very rudely told me that the ladies I had been talking to said I just keep calling and that I needed to stop calling to check in and she would have someone call me when everything was completed. I've never been treated so rudely by an office. This review might make me unable to see Dr. Vu, but since I've heard such good things I'm still holding a glimmer of hope that I will get an appointment with him. Either way I've never been treated so rudely by office staff, let alone someone who is supposed to be a manager. I'm hurt and saddened by this lack of empathy and by the sheer disrespect I was treated with on the phone.

I have been seeing Dr Vu for over 5 years now with my lower back and knee. He is so compassionate and truly cares about his patients. Namely me! I get injections in my knees and back gor sciatica and future knee replacement. With sedation. Every one of his nurses and anesthesiologists are top notch. It feels like home every time I’m in pain and have to back in for pain relief. Special kudos to Ellen and Elaine. But kudos to everyone I can’t recall their names. They treat me like a family member and dr Vu does monitor the pain medications which I truly like because they’re are patients who might try to get meds but with this pain Dr. overall, a 5 star review. Thank u for all u do to help me with my pain management!!!! If they are in clinic, expect to leave a message. They will return ur call within the day. Kudos to that too!!!!!

Dr. VU is an incredibly kind, smart compassionate, his interventional skill is unrivaled. The amount of procedures he has preformed on my spine over the years have all been without complications. My management over the years has been excellent over the 8 years I’ve been with him. His office staff can be frustrating, they have let me down sometimes. However they are getting faster on the phones quicker to schedule, and should not reflect on Dr. VU. Anytime my issues had landed in front of him he been flabbergasted.

There's no better pain management doctor ever! He's kind, he listens patiently, and Im so glad that I found him! And his staff are all friendly, and professional!
