This was my first visit and it was the worst visit EVER! He's RUDE! He has NO BEDSIDE MANNER or even decent human being manners! POMPOUS and ARROGANT don't begin to describe him. There are no words for this visit except annoyance, frustration and disgust. If Nancy Reagan taught us anything, it's to "JUST SAY NO".

He has anger problems. He must be under a lot of stress because he can not handle what you have to say. He feels threatened and he responds angry when you tell him your opinion. He literally walked away during consultation and I was left speechless and without any answers.

Dr.Dickson is not personable and doesn’t seem to really care about the patient. Very eager to do surgery, I believe he does good work but leading up to that and spending time with a patient to understand what’s going on needs work. His team is the worst though and so is the office, multiple scheduling and billing issues and give you the run around! Search elsewhere and save yourself the trouble!

I have always had such a great experience with Dr. Dickson & his team. He always takes the time to make sure you're comfortable & understand everything you need to - I never feel rushed! My family will always choose to go to Orthopedic Associates, my dad has seen multiple doctors at the practice and has always had a smooth & seamless experience!

Getting an appointment was Easy. Very friendly staff. Very efficient in letting you know what will happen next in the appointment. Straightforward checking out process. Dr Dicksons PA was friendly and knowledgeable.

Took lots of blood and x-rays and at the end of the day said "we have no idea what is wrong." Thanks for nothing guys.

Dr Dickson is absolutely wonderful. He's treated my thumb with injections. Works perfectly now. So impressed I've returned with a shoulder issue. Very conservatively treating with a top notch therapy group upstairs. If ya need an x-ray, just walk down the hall. Everything is so efficient. Even the artwork & decorations throughout area pleasing. Staffing has been phenomenal. Now I take my mother & father in law.
