Was never advised to call if you were going to be more than 10 minutes late for an appointment. After leaving work early from downtown Dallas, I arrived a few minutes past their "10 minute" rule (which they never told me) and was quickly told I had to reschedule. Never in my life have I had to reschedule for being that late for a doctor's appointment. Sorry Bowen Eye Care, you lost five customers today for your inflexibility. My family of five will be going elsewhere for our eye care needs.

I was referred to Dr. Bowen by my doctor and a family member. I requested an appointment on the website, and as emphasized, did not call as it was made clear 'that would delay an appointment'. When I had not heard, my primary office called. When I told my primary on a visit some weeks later I still had not heard, my primary office called Dr. Bowen's office again, who told my primary they had called me, which was not true. Good medicine needs a good office administrator.
