I can’t say enough about the quality of service at McGuiness Dermatology. All of the staff is exceptional and Dr. Brown is the most compassionate physician I have ever met. Her concern for patients has only been surpassed by her expertise in the field. There is no better firm in the industry. DFW is far better as a result of this organization.

The absolute worst place to deal with! Stay away! The front desk people are horrible to deal with in are completely nasty. Find anyone else and you will be happy. They are the absolute worst.

Be aware they only accept Tricare for Life - no other Tricare plans are accepted here. I’ll be finding another place to go.

After several visits to other offices, I finally found a Dermatology office that was attentive and thorough. Dr. Tristan is knowledgeable and caring, someone who wants to find a solution as well as a treatment. I highly recommend McGuiness Dermatology and Dr. Tristan.
